This is a guided visualization where you will journey to your Closets of Time, where each doorway steps into different times in your life. You will step back in time and have a moment to forgive yourself, forgive others, or gain forgiveness. If you have a time that you feel possibly you messed up, or a time where you feel wish had happened differently, this journey will take you there to process, love and forgive your self for the choices you made, or to forgive others for the choices they made, because at the time those choices were the best you (or the other) could do and choose at the time.

In today's journey we're going to the closets of time and in these closets of time you'll have a moment to step back to a time where you have a regret or you have a feeling of loss or need forgiveness either from someone or from yourself.

So we'll step through these doorways of time and be able to go back and give yourself forgiveness and again or get others asking others for forgiveness.

So before we get started in the journey take a moment think of a time where you feel regret or maybe some pain or some loss time where you would like forgiveness or you would like to give yourself some forgiveness and just think of that time take a moment now before we jump in and we're not going to specifically redo the time and rethink it in many scenarios and you know could I've done it this way or that way could I've made it better instead we're going to notice the time what happened and we'll give ourselves forgiveness for the situation and how it did come to pass so again just take a moment think about what it is and then we'll get started.

So to get started get comfortable get seated or laying down whatever feels good for you then when you're ready close your eyes take a deep breath and then with the next breath feel it grounding you to either the seat or the surface beneath you letting that grounding letting yourself sink into the earth the surface and then in your mind's eye imagine yourself standing in your room the familiar surroundings it offers a sense of security and peace you're here in your place in comfort and you look around and you feel comfortable and then you notice something starting to form in front of you starts as a small glowing circle and it's bigger and bigger until you see that it's a shimmering portal there before you this portal is a gateway to the closets of time where you actually get to clean out any messes you've made clear away any regrets and seek forgiveness with a sense of curiosity and determination you step through the portal you find yourself in a vast dimly lit chamber filled with rows upon rows of closets and these closets contain the memories loves joys happiness regrets messes and many other moments of your past you walk along these rows of closets and you hear one whispering to you you approach this closet with curiosity you take a moment and you open the door and as you step in you're transported back in time to a moment when you made a mistake or harbored regrets you see yourself as you were in that moment and you have the opportunity to clean up the messes you made and possibly see it from fresh wiser older more aware eyes in this closet of a time you're safe and no one will hurt you take a moment and connect to compassion and forgiveness in your heart breathe it in and feel that compassion in this place of compassion and forgiveness see the situation as it unfolded and know that you still love in your heart you and you forgive you you did the best you knew how to do at the time and the tools of how to handle the situation your awareness your comfort and you were trying to keep yourself safe and feel the love feel the compassion and the forgiveness from yourself giving it to you for that time then if another person is involved turn to them and still in this compassionate place ask them for forgiveness send them love show them you were doing the best you could and however you feel if you care about them or wish them well you can ask if they could see in their heart to forgive you as you connect with them and with yourself you feel the weight of regret lift from your shoulders as you release the past you breathe taking in this new lightness in your body the weight is lifted and after a breath or two you step back out of the closet of time you close the door and if you need or feel up to it you can move on to another door and another time each closet represents a different moment in time where you may have made mistakes or carried regrets you can cleanse these moments with forgiveness understanding and love if one door today is enough for you you can always return and do this again or you can go to another one on another day as you work through each closet you feel lighter and freer again coming back on another day if you need or you can pause the audio and go over to another door or jump back to the time code and go through the steps again to forgive another time as you continue you realize that forgiveness is a powerful force that can heal the wounds of time and bring peace to your soul after you have cleared and forgiven these messes of the past you make your way back to the portal you take a breath and step back through where you find yourself once again in the comfort of your own room you now carry the sense of forgiveness and release with you knowing that you have cleansed certain closets of time and allowed healing and transformation to take place within your heart and soul you take a breath and you come back to the present moment coming back to your body you open your eyes and carry this newfound sense of forgiveness and peace with you into your day you are free from the burdens of the past ready to embrace the present with a light heart in clear conscious and you come back to you so thank you for joining me on the journey today into stepping into some forgiveness if you have any heaviness still from past life past life past situations any situations that you want to work through and want forgiveness either for giving to yourself or from others you can again return to this journey anytime you need to jump back in time and forgive yourself and others or ask others for forgiveness so thank you again for joining me and if you are getting value and enjoying this series do hit that like share and subscribe button below and I'll see you in the next video
