Guided meditation,
My balance.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting down or laying down.
Any position which feels good to you.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Feel how the air passing through your nostrils to your lungs.
Feel how your chest is raising when you inhale and lowering when the air is going out.
Breathe through your nostrils naturally.
Do not force it.
Now,
Think of the things you are grateful for.
What beautiful things you have in your life.
It could be your health,
The beautiful place you are living,
Opportunities,
Family,
People around you or even good weather.
Take a minute as you slowly breathe in and breathe out to think about all the wonderful things you are grateful for.
Now,
I want you to give your body the love it deserves.
Don't take it for granted.
Your body is the most vessel for your soul and your companion to explore the world.
As you continue to breathe in and breathe out slowly,
Give it love to the most needed parts of the body which may hurt or perhaps a little sensitive.
Focus on that part and send love to it by simply saying I love you.
Say to your body you love every cell of it,
Every part.
Give it love and care as you continue to breathe in and breathe out.
Now,
I want you to be aware how much negative energy we sometimes hold in our bodies,
How much pain,
Negative thoughts,
Blockages we create.
It's time to release any blockages you may have.
As you continue to breathe in and breathe out,
Say to your body I am letting go of any negative emotions,
Negative unconscious beliefs,
Blockages,
Diseases,
Bad energy,
Anxieties and fears free from my body,
From it all.
Take a minute,
Imagine how negative energy releasing as you continue to breathe in and breathe out.
I want you to think of anyone who you may have hurt.
Imagine that person or those people standing in front of you.
And ask them forgive you for anything you may have done to them.
Now,
Imagine people who may has hurt you in the past standing in front of you.
Forgive them with all your heart.
Forgive and let them go.
And let read the most powerful mantra to ourselves,
To our bodies,
To our souls.
Repeat after me.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
