Keep your eyes closed.
Start to observe the breath.
Feel the breath entering,
Leaving.
Feel a sense of stillness growing in the mind.
Observe the movement of the breath.
In through the nostrils,
Down towards the lungs.
Feel the breath reaching from the lungs as oxygen into all the parts of the body via the blood and its circulation.
Then observe the metabolism within the cells.
See the waste products of metabolism turning to carbonic acid,
Entering back into the blood stream,
Reaching to the lungs,
Turning to carbon dioxide,
Reaching from the lungs through the air passages,
Back to the nostrils,
Releasing back to the atmosphere.
And continue to observe the passage of the breath into,
Out of the body.
Feel stillness arising.
Feel the breath entering,
Reaching from the lungs to the body.
Feel the breath leaving.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Stillness arises in the mind.
The thoughts lose their importance and you observe that you're living in this moment in time.
Observing the breath in,
The breath out.
Stillness,
Silence growing in the mind.
Connecting to the stillness,
The silence in the mind.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Feel the rib cage expand,
The oxygen enter.
Feel the rib cage contract,
The oxygen leave.
The mind focuses on the breathing,
Connects to silence.
The silence that comes from deep within.
You continue to observe the breath.
And now as you do,
Just in your mind's eye you start to observe this body.
You start to see what this body is made of.
Cells,
Molecules,
Atoms,
Essentially energy.
Electrons spinning around protons,
Neutrons.
Then you start to examine the world around you.
The floor that you're sat on.
Again made up of molecules,
Atoms,
Electrons spinning around protons,
Neutrons.
Just a spin of energy.
You start to observe the whole world made up of these molecules.
Atoms,
Electrons,
Protons,
Neutrons.
The spinning of energy.
You see the entire world is a spinning of energy.
And you look now into the stars,
The universe.
You see how everything is made up.
The molecules,
The elements,
Protons,
Neutrons,
Electrons.
Everything energy makes up the entire universe.
You see that this body is not something individual to the universe.
The cells,
The molecules that make it up.
The same as the cells and the molecules inside every being.
Every animal,
Insect.
The plants,
Flowers,
Trees,
The plates of grass are all made up of these cells that contain this energy within the atoms.
Even the rocks are made up of these atoms that contain electrons spinning around in energy.
And protons,
Neutrons.
All made up of this same energy.
You see how every atom,
Every element within you is within the entire universe.
And then you see that you're not something individual.
There is no little me.
The universe is one big soul,
One big energy.
We're part of this big energy.
There's something much greater than you,
Than me,
Than every being on this planet.
We're not distinct and different.
We're part of the universal energy that is the soul of the universe.
Something much greater than this little me.
It's the larger me that encompasses everything.
The soul of the universe that unites,
Brings compassion,
Love,
Brings unity,
A oneness,
A meaning to everything.
We're not separate to the world around us.
We're part of it.
The little me is an individual player that's part of a greater entity.
Our truth lies in knowing the greater entity,
The soul of the universe,
The energy that is,
That unfolds constantly towards goodness,
The created life and the is life.
This energy is within us.
But we're not individual,
Not separate to it.
We're part of it.
We're part of the oneness that is the beautiful soul that is the universe.
The universe unfolding towards greater goodness,
More love,
More compassion,
Every single day.
The universe exists so these qualities of love,
Peace,
Compassion,
Bliss,
Happiness,
Joy can exist.
When we merge back into the soul of the universe,
We see the greater force of goodness that's truly happening.
I'm not just this physical body,
The elements within me,
Who once were within the earth,
Within the soil,
Within the plants,
The crops,
The fruits that I've eaten,
Are made up of the gifts from the great Mother Earth.
And every living being is.
Every human,
Every insect,
Every animal.
We're all just parts of her and she's part of the energy that is the soul of the universe.
And the soul of the universe is unfolding towards greater good,
Greater love,
Greater happiness every day.
There's no separate me or you,
Just a complete oneness.
We see that this body is not everything that we are.
We see that we're connected to the universe.
There is no individual lie in this world.
We're all made up of the minerals that the great Mother Earth has given us.
We're all essentially made up of each other.
To see yourself as individual is to lose the bigger picture.
The soul of the universe is inside you.
You're part of it.
Your true identity lies in knowing this,
Feeling the energy that's unfolding.
The energy of the soul of the universe that connects us,
Unites us,
Fills us with love,
Joy,
Compassion.
The soul of the universe is within you and you're part of it.
Part of the unfolding towards greater and greater beauty every day.
She lives inside you.
You are her.
You are the soul of the universe.
To know this is to know your entirety,
Not just a small self,
But something much greater,
A force of love,
Compassion,
Joy and peace that created the universe that's spinning and unfolding at every moment and will take us to a destiny of love,
Compassion,
Unity.
When we see again what we truly are,
Part of a connection,
A oneness,
The unfolding that is the soul of the entire universe.
Feel this unfolding,
This energy deep within.
Never lose sight of it.
It's who you truly are.
Not this body,
Not this mind.
Something deeper,
And greater.
You feel your oneness.
Rub both palms together,
Generating warmth in the palms.
Take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes.
Slowly move the hands away.
Slowly open the eyes.
Just getting them used to the light once more.
