My name is Zoditu Jewel and I will lead you into today's meditation on pursuit.
Before we get started,
I want to give you time to find a comfortable setting in your space wherever you feel most at peace,
Centered,
And still.
Take time for breath.

Start with a couple breaths together.

As we move through the meditation today,
I invite you to take a full scan of your body and ask yourself,
How is your heart today?
How are you feeling?
Today,
I'd like to introduce a mantra that you can recite whenever and if ever you need.
This is a mantra that I've created for grounding and anxiety.
And as outside noises move throughout the space,
Take time for breath.
Center in your stance,
Body scan from your toes to your heels to your legs to your stomach.
Do not pay attention or be alarmed by the noises outside of where we are,
For we cannot control anything outside of ourselves.
We cannot control anything outside of ourselves.
As you continue to breathe,
I will introduce the mantra.
I am safe with myself.
I am my first home.
I cannot be moved.
Everything I need already exists within me.
I am safe within myself.
