Let's meditate.

So get yourself comfortable please,

More comfortable than you already are.

If you wear glasses,

Take them off.

Notice if any part of your body needs some extra support,

Which is just a way of your body saying,

I need a little love here.

Please give me a little more love there.

So give your body a little more love where it needs it.

Gently close your eyes.

Gently breathe in from all directions.

As you're breathing in,

Breathe in pure white light.

Let that pure white light gently roll all the way through your body,

Flowing into every morsel of you,

And gently exhale entirely,

Emptying your body up fully.

Gently as you bring pure white light in,

Noticing that your body expands when you breathe in,

Filling your whole body with pure white light.

Locate anything at all in you that is not of the light.

Gently cradle whatever that is in the light.

And exhale,

Just letting it go completely.

And now,

Breathing pure white light into your body however you do is fine,

Making sure nothing is crossing your body and crossing the ankles or arms or hands or wrists or whatever.

Allow yourself to feel what it feels like to have your body so full of only pure white light and nothing else.

If there are any residuals of anything,

No matter how tiny it may be,

Gently place whatever that is into that pure white light within.

And exhale,

Whatever there is,

Just let it go.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Now surround the whole of your body with pure white light.

And do this in such a fashion that you are completely filled with only pure white light and completely surrounded,

Buoyed,

Cushioned all the way around top,

Bottom,

Sides,

Front,

Back with pure white light.

Using every nook,

Every cranny,

Every crevice with pure white light both within and without.

Who you are is a being of pure white light both within and without and everything in between.

And just breathe normally,

Naturally,

Easily the way that you would normally breathe.

Simply add pure white light coming in and pure white light going out.

Pure white light going out,

Pure white light coming in.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Going deeper.

And deeper.

Following your breath in,

Going deeper within yourself.

Finding places in yourself where you feel like you don't fit or it doesn't fit you.

You could be a person or a situation.

And reframe what that is so that you find yourself in gratitude for what it is.

Recognizing that you have created it as you did through your relationship with it.

Take the opportunity to create it differently for yourself now in a way that has you be grateful and know that you are loved.

Locate in your consciousness a person with whom you are disgruntled.

Know and understand the case you have legitimately built against them.

And possibly the agreement that you have received from others that enhances and augments possibly this case you have against somebody.

It could be anyone.

It could be someone in your family or workplace or friend group or community.

It could be a political figure,

Anybody.

You have built a case against that person.

And notice how you feel.

And notice feeling that way doesn't really occur as you being happy.

And create a different relationship with it.

Perhaps one in which you feel grateful for this person giving you an opportunity to create yourself as someone in compassion or forgiveness or gratitude itself.

Someone who has taught you greater discernment or enhanced your building of integrity within yourself or discovering new expressions of love.

And let yourself feel what you feel from that.

Recognize and acknowledge that you just created a whole new world.

And how powerful that is.

Recognize and acknowledge that's you as creator.

And as a result,

It is also you as creation.

You literally just created you.

Take a deep breath in and hold it.

Allowing yourself to gently reside in the awareness of the greatness of that power.

Not from ego,

But from humility and humbleness.

Let that breath go.

Take another deep breath in and recognize that responsibility is not an onus,

But rather a joy and gives birth to more joy.

More responsible you and I can be for creating that which we design.

The greater the joy we can create as not only experience,

But also expression in our lives.

Let that go.

Take one more deep breath in,

Hold that breath.

And just let yourself feel what you feel.

And let that go.

And now gently open your eyes.

Letting yourself be your own creation.
