Here in the studio with nobody around,

Just me and my mat,

My cushion,

With my eyes closed,

Staring at me in the studio with my mat and my cushion.

Face to face with my soul and there's nothing to do.

Simply close the eyes,

Breathe through the nose,

Follow the breath and observe what comes for the next 20 minutes.

The beauty of this,

Except observe what comes and accept and in this pause,

In this practice of meditation and the breath,

Life unfolds internally so that it may unfold in the external world.
