And if you can,

If your eyes are closed,

Gently cross them so that we're looking at the space directly above the eyebrows,

Not so that it hurts or causes any discomfort,

But ever so gently as if we're looking through a small picture window.

And on each exhale,

We focus more intently on that space above the eyebrows.

And on each exhale,

We practice being present in this moment.

Simply focusing on the breath.

We practice letting go of control.

We practice letting go of expectation.

And with each exhale,

We practice letting go of attachment.

Putting our full faith into whatever we believe in.

And so we'll come in line with our breathing just by simply exhaling all the air in our body through the nose,

Bringing the belly to the spine,

Bringing the breath to empty.

And then inhaling for a count of four.

Holding that breath for four.

And exhaling through the nose,

Belly to the spine for four.

Hold empty.

Inhale again for four.

Hold full for four.

Exhale for four.

Hold empty.

Inhale again for four.

Hold full.

Exhale for four.

Hold empty.

Inhale again for four.

Hold that full.

Exhale through the nose,

Belly to the spine,

Come to full empty.

And hold empty for eight.

Now take a nice big,

Deep,

Refreshing inhale.

Hold that breath in whatever intention you have.

Whatever you're calling in,

Bring that to the forefront of your mind.

And whenever you're ready,

Release that breath through the mouth back out into the universe to whoever you pray to or send messages to.

And just continue to breathe normally and naturally,

Whatever is comfortable for you.

Bringing your attention and observation to the body.

Observe any sensations you feel anywhere in the body.

Any messages the body's sending you,

Simply observe them and acknowledge them with an inhale.

And then we exhale back through those spaces.

Sending love and compassion for the body,

For ourselves.

Continue to breathe normally and naturally.

Keeping the eyes slightly crossed to the space directly above the eyebrows.

And when the thoughts or feelings or sensations arise,

Simply breathe and come back to the breath.

The breath regulates our nervous system,

Allowing us to control internally what we cannot control externally.
