
Emotional Boundary Protection
Guided Meditation to reach inside and find the protection to fend off the feeling of spiritual or personal attacks. This meditation focuses on envisioning a shield of protection that exists within all of us.

Welcome to this meditation.
Today we're going to be talking about protecting your core,
Protecting yourself.
Sometimes in this world,
We feel like we're under attack,
Sometimes from people.
Sometimes we feel spiritually we're under attack.
It's possible that our health could be suffering.
We might be having challenges and issues with those boundaries,
Understanding what is going on,
And just having the strength to fight off this constant energy,
This constant draw that challenges who we are,
How we feel.
It robs us from our peace,
Our health,
And the authentic person that we are.
This meditation will focus on bringing in,
Engaging,
Lighting the light within us,
And expanding that beyond for a shield of protection,
A connection to something greater than ourselves,
And a moment of peace for the ego state.
Like with any guided meditation,
There might be periods where you may be tempted to close your eyes or relax.
So if you're doing anything that requires your full attention,
Just turn this off and come back to it at a later time.
We want you to be safe,
We want you to have a good life,
And there's always time to come back and do this later.
If you are in a place where you can sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor or lay down,
Anywhere that you're in a supported,
Comfortable position that you can possibly give 10 to 15 minutes of rest,
Of relaxation,
Then come along in this journey.
Let's go ahead and take a moment and we'll start,
As always,
By taking a deep breath.
Breathing in through the nose,
Pausing at the top,
Breathing out through the mouth,
Pausing again.
As you're breathing in,
Allow the air to come into your diaphragm first,
Then filling your chest,
Then holding,
Then releasing.
Every time you breathe in,
Imagine breathing in connection to those that you love,
The earth around you,
Anything that brings you calm,
Strength,
And peace.
And as you breathe out,
Release any thought,
Any belief,
Any feeling that you might have,
And simply be in this time,
In this space,
With me.
As you continue to breathe,
Allow yourself to simply be who you are.
Continue to breathe.
Any thoughts of things to do,
Let them go.
And don't try to stop them.
There's an old Buddhist story that says,
Don't bar the front door to the thoughts,
But simply open up the back door to let them go.
There's a famous inspirational leader that says,
And certainly don't invite them for tea.
As you continue to breathe,
As you continue to let go of those thoughts and those feelings,
Take a moment to imagine deep within you the seeds for a spark,
Or even the smallest,
Brightest light that you can imagine.
Imagine that that is the light and the love that comes from protection and acceptance,
A love that is beyond measure,
Unconditional,
Perfect,
Beyond this world.
Allow joy to be in this space,
To be part of that light in connection,
Connection with self and connection with all others.
Notice how pure this light is.
As you continue to breathe,
Breathing in that feeling,
That light,
That acceptance,
That love,
Holding,
Letting it grow,
And then breathing out,
Letting go of anything holding you back at this moment.
Continue to breathe in the light and out anything heavy,
Anything holding you back.
As you bring this light into your space,
Into your core,
Imagine that that spark of light is growing larger.
As it does,
Your ego state the collection of all that you believe that you are,
What you know,
What you've learned,
Every rule of right and wrong,
Every experience,
Every emotion.
Imagine that ego state,
That collection of who you are.
Imagine that that is seeing the light and that the light is bright.
The light is beautiful.
The light calms any fears,
Heals any trauma.
Imagine that light is strong enough,
Bright enough,
And beautiful enough,
That that ego state simply honors it,
Recognizing the power,
Recognizing the beauty,
And that fear leaves that state,
Releasing,
Feeling protected,
Allowing joy to enter this space,
Allowing bliss to cover like a blanket.
As that feeling is entering this ego state,
Notice that the light is becoming brighter,
Stronger,
Growing with every breath in and growing with every breath out.
As you notice that,
Imagine that the feelings that are coming over you are those of love,
Those of acceptance,
And those of protection.
No words are necessary.
No understanding is needed.
Just enjoy that feeling of being enough,
Of being accepted,
And being perfect.
As you bring that light into your space,
Notice that it has always been there.
Even when you felt like you were under attack,
The light was there,
The light was pure,
And the light was unfazed.
But notice that the light was on the inside,
And the attack was coming from the outside.
Recognize now that you can,
By focusing,
By breathing in,
By letting that light be in control of your life,
Part of your life,
Part of your body,
Knowing it by the love,
The acceptance,
The protection that it carries,
Feeling that it is the light for you,
The perfect light,
The real light.
Allow that light to expand within your core,
Radiating outward so brightly and so strong that it is as though it covers you in a bubble,
In a shield,
Beyond touch.
Allow that light to go beyond your physical boundaries of self,
Creating a shield around you,
A boundary,
A protection layer.
It is simply love,
Light,
Acceptance,
And protection,
Filled,
Energized,
And at the core,
Happiness and bliss.
Allow that feeling to just be the shield that you need,
Releasing any other connection,
Focusing on connecting to this beautiful,
Perfect,
Protecting light.
Within the light,
Within that core,
Protected from every source of attack,
Allow yourself to enjoy the light,
To enjoy the protection,
And to feel as though you are healing your thoughts,
Your emotions,
And your body.
Allow everything to become as it needs to be,
Releasing anything that is not yours,
Any belief,
Any energy,
Emotion,
And allow yourself to simply adopt this perfection,
This light,
This healing energy that brings you joy,
Happiness,
Love,
Acceptance,
And protection.
Whenever you're ready,
Simply take another deep breath in,
Breathing in light,
Holding,
Feeling that joy,
That healing,
That protection,
And breathing out,
Noticing gratitude,
Acceptance,
And love,
Holding again,
And then breathing back in,
Noticing that you feel better,
That you released any tension,
Anything that might remain,
Just focus on that with gratitude,
With this energy,
And release it.
Everything that happens within our body is for our own protection.
It may not be the perfect answer,
But with the light,
Perfect knowledge may come to you,
Maybe part of you.
Those protection mechanisms of the body can now be in alignment with what allows you to feel better.
Whenever you're ready,
Just take a couple deep breaths,
Coming back to this space,
Back to this time,
Feeling your energy rising,
Feeling your energy becoming one with who you are,
And feeling that gratitude.
Feel your heart,
Feel your soul,
And feel your body.
