Clear Your Mind And Create The Energy To Manifest
Meditation to clear your energy, your thoughts, and your feelings. Take it down a notch and let go of anything that is bothering you. When you clear the space, create the energy of whatever you imagine the future to hold. I hope you enjoy it. I appreciate you.

My name is Steve Isher and this session is about the simple things in life.
Every time we focus on the bigger things,
Sometimes they get a little complex.
A lot of times that will lead to stress and anxiety.
And I've noticed sometimes people can get carried away with trying to make sense of things.
They can get carried away with emotion and it leaves them in a state of disempowerment.
This session is going to be all about the simple effect of taking a break,
Focusing on our breath,
And recreating that power within.
The method that I like to use on Insight Timer,
On YouTube,
Anywhere where I have different meditations,
Different techniques,
Set back for people to have a better life.
And that's what it's all about is embracing and having,
Connecting to a better life.
Every one of those areas,
It starts off with shifting your focus.
If you're looking at the things that are bad in your life,
They're going to expand.
If you're looking at the things that are good,
They'll expand as well.
It's the old idea where your attention goes,
Energy flows.
It is so true in this world.
In the quantum state of existence,
We're all energy.
We're all tied together.
One thing affects the other,
Almost like throwing a pebble into the ocean of possibilities.
That ripple is felt across the continuum.
But what would happen if we changed that ripple ourselves?
What if we changed what's missing in this world by changing our own energy?
So it's hard to shift your energy when you're caught up in the emotional response of panic,
Pain,
Anger,
Any of those base emotions that might be justified,
But may not be serving you in any way.
When somebody at work does something that causes you distress,
They can be a difficult person.
They could be doing it just simply because you might be getting too much attention.
You might be doing a better job than they are,
Or they could simply think that they are helping you.
There's no telling exactly what the meaning behind what their actions are,
But the response to it is completely under your control.
Whenever you catch yourself being stressed,
Tense,
Feeling any way that you don't like to feel,
Let's take the quick break and have a meditation moment.
The meditation moment is simply that you fill your diaphragm with air.
You breathe in through your nose,
Filling up first your stomach,
Allowing that space to expand,
Going up into your chest,
Holding that momentarily,
Breathing out,
Letting go,
And then holding again,
Each time holding it for about the same amount of time.
Some people like to count to the count of four,
But it's more about a feeling,
Allowing it to feel right for you,
Connecting with that shift in energy,
Allowing yourself to just step down,
Relax,
Let go,
Down,
Relax,
Let go.
So if you're with me now,
Let's practice a few breaths.
Breathing in through the diaphragm,
Filling your chest,
Holding,
And letting go,
And then holding again.
Continue that breathing.
Allow yourself to connect with your own internal state of being when you hold at the top of your breath,
Releasing everything as you breathe out,
And finding gratitude at the bottom of your breath.
By expanding that gratitude and releasing everything that is not yours,
Is not in this moment,
You'll be able to see your energy shift,
Your focus shift.
This is the method that's used to heighten your concentration,
To heighten your effectiveness,
And to get you back on task.
The famous meditations use a dot on a far wall,
Expanding only on that dot.
The focus trying to take at first just a few seconds,
Expanding it to 30 seconds,
Where no other thought comes in while you are meditating.
There's a story about a famous archer.
The famous archer went to the Buddhist regions and found a monk that was known for prowess in archery.
As they were going through the woods,
The head monk looked up at a tree with some fruit on it and asked the man that was interested in learning how to become an archer from him to shoot that and get the fruit down for them.
Well,
He pulled his arrow back and he said,
Well,
He pulled his arrow back,
He let the arrow go and it missed its target.
The monk simply looked to one of his students and he said,
Now you.
And that student pulled his arrow back and with amazing skill and shot,
He hit the fruit,
Knocking it down.
When the master asked the traveler,
He said,
What did you see?
And traveler said,
Well,
I saw the fruit,
I saw the tree,
I saw the leaves and the light coming through,
I saw the sky and I saw the wind moving the apple.
And then he looked over to the student and he said,
And what did you see?
He said,
Master,
I saw only the fruit.
The idea is when you focus on one thing intently,
You will achieve whatever it is that you are seeking to achieve.
And that is the goal of the concentration,
That's the goal of the focus.
And what we're trying to do is we're trying to eliminate in that space anything negative.
So we just simply focus on nothing.
It's a beautiful way to be,
Continue to breathe in this moment,
In this time.
And we'll go from simply creating emptiness to then moving into possibly activating a potential outcome that you would like to see happen.
It's a beautiful little visualization,
This beautiful meditation.
And to do it,
We need to have a clear mind.
So let's focus the next few minutes on simply letting go.
Continuing to breathe in through your nose,
Filling your diaphragm and then your chest,
Holding,
And then letting go.
And holding again.
Breathing back in,
Holding,
And breathing out.
Holding again.
Continue your breathing to whatever pattern is comfortable for you.
Letting go of any thoughts as you breathe out,
Any feelings,
And even if they show up,
It's okay.
Treat them like a stranger on a path.
And as you breathe out,
Just let them go.
Almost that as though you are passing by.
When you get to the point that you're ready to try,
Imagine just holding your hands about six inches apart.
In between your hands,
Imagine a light,
A light of whatever it is that you are seeking in this world,
Whether it be connection,
Peace,
Whether it be love or wealth,
Anything that you imagine to be,
Including your health,
Including any specific thing.
Imagine that being formed within your hands is a ball of energy.
Feeling the emotion,
Feeling the joy that comes with seeing that taking shape,
Becoming real.
Imagine how you might feel.
Imagine how it might be.
Imagine experiencing how you would experience it once you had what you are creating between your hands.
Just enjoy that for one moment,
Allowing it to grow bigger and brighter.
Feeling everything that you would feel,
Imagining it to the finest detail,
Seeing every bit of it as you see it.
Hearing,
What do you hear,
Every sensation that you could possibly imagine.
And see how much brighter it becomes.
When you can imagine it being real,
Simply imagine a doorway in front of you off into the space,
Something that leads to the future.
And see that doorway opening up,
Allowing your energy to pass in through that portal,
That doorway.
As the energy moves forward,
It enters that space,
Enters into the realm of possibility,
Into a possible future outcome.
Send it on its way with the power and the energy of gratitude,
Feeling connected to that thought,
That feeling,
And giving the gratitude for its being.
And knowing that that energy exists somewhere in your future,
Whether it be in the next few moments or possibly another day,
Or maybe just a year or two down in the future,
Knowing that that energy does now exist in the future and it is fueled by your gratitude.
Take a moment now,
Coming back to your breath,
Breathing in now,
Feeling that peace and that gratitude that you have,
Feeling that peace and that gratitude that you have,
Feeling that peace and that gratitude that you have,
Breathing in now,
Feeling that peace and that gratitude that you had created,
And breathing out,
Feeling the peace and the gratitude surrounding you,
Continuing to breathe in and breathe out,
Allowing your awareness to come back to this place in this time,
Feeling that gratitude,
Feeling your heart,
Feeling your body,
Feeling your soul,
And allowing yourself to come back to this space in this time.
I hope you feel better.
I hope you feel energized and uplifted.
This is one of my favorite meditations.
