In this meditation, we connect to Agape Love, We create a shield of gratitude, we shed fear and need to remember that each of us is loveable, that we are worthy, and that we can create the type of love that is missing in the world. The aim is to shift the energy around you to an Agape unconditional love, a feeling of gratitude and completeness. Hello everyone.

My name is Steve Bisscher and welcome to this meditation on love,

On finding love,

On creating love.

And about shifting that very energy within our own bodies,

Within our own being.

I'm talking about that unconditional agape love,

The love that will change everything.

I'm not talking about the physical form,

I'm talking about the real magical motivational form,

That spiritual love,

The agape love.

When you love somebody else in that way,

You want the best for themselves and you want the best for yourself.

Knowing that getting to know somebody is the most important thing.

When you want what is best for someone else,

They can sense that.

When you are not taking from them,

When you're not wanting something from them,

But when you are giving gratitude,

Gratitude for a smile,

Gratitude for a look,

Gratitude for the very energy that you're feeling from that person and expecting nothing in return,

But actually giving something to them.

Honor,

Praise,

Appreciation,

That is palpable.

That can be felt and that energy is what people notice.

It's not about how you look,

It's about how you present yourself.

It's this energy that you carry into the space,

Into the room.

So let's take a moment.

Let's put our feet flat on the floor.

Let's take a deep breath,

Breathing in through our nose,

Allowing our diaphragm to expand,

Feeling our chest,

Holding it briefly,

And then letting it out through our mouth,

Letting go of anything that may have been heavy during the day,

Any interactions,

Any thoughts,

Any feelings,

Any pressure,

Letting it all go,

Holding slightly,

And then breathing in again.

Some of the things that I'm speaking of are in relation to people that are dating that possibly want to ask somebody out on a date,

But it also works in relationships.

Greeting that person new is like asking them out on the first date back when the magic was there,

Excitement,

Love.

That's usually the time that people speak of that when they talk about the amazing connection that was made.

If you can rekindle that spark,

That would be truly beautiful.

So as you breathe,

As you focus,

Bringing your spine tall,

Breathing in deeply,

Breathing out through your mouth,

Letting go of any history,

Any thought,

Any feeling.

Go back to a time that you felt really good about yourself and be in that moment.

Feel that energy and offer gratitude for whatever it is that brought you that positive feeling.

Any other thoughts that may come,

Just let them go,

Focusing only on the gratitude.

When you are ready,

Just allow the smallest spark of light from that gratitude to enter your core.

Just imagining that light growing brighter and stronger.

Feeling whatever sensations that you feel,

Allowing that light to expand,

Feeling it getting bigger with every breath.

As you feel that gratitude growing within your chest,

As you feel that gratitude becoming more in harmony with who you are,

Simply say thank you to yourself for that memory,

That moment.

And if you do not have any moment,

Give yourself a moment of peace,

A moment of quiet and being grateful for that quietness.

Continue to breathe,

Continue to connect,

Noticing how your feet are feeling,

Noticing your breath,

Noticing any other sensations in your body.

Notice that every time that you fill your lungs with air and you breathe out,

That you are relaxing each time that you breathe out,

And that it feels good and relaxing.

Take a few more breaths,

Letting everything go that is feeling tight,

Constrictive.

Anything that has weight,

Anything that feels like it is binding or tethering.

Breathe in,

Sever any ties,

Loosen any loads,

Lighten any weights,

And allow yourself to simply float freely where you are at in your mind,

Allowing yourself complete and total comfort.

Just enjoy that feeling as you breathe in and exhale fully.

As you take that feeling of gratitude that you spoke of,

Or that moment of quiet,

Allow yourself to feel a spark of gratitude connecting to every cell in your body.

Every time you breathe in,

Feel that you are allowing that energy to grow larger,

And as you breathe out,

Feel that energy spreading through your entire body,

Cell by cell.

Feeling a relaxation,

Feeling a joy,

Feeling a peace,

Feeling a connection to that loving,

Harmonious feeling,

And enjoying that sensation.

As you are feeling yourself relax even more.

Realize that you are worthy of love,

That you are okay,

You are good enough.

There's nothing more that you need to be.

Any tension that may have come up,

Just let it go,

Breathing in fully through your nose,

Letting it go,

Forgiving yourself for anything in the past.

Letting yourself connect with your very core being who you are.

As you relax into this feeling,

Tell yourself,

I am worthy of love.

Tell yourself again,

I am worthy of love.

Take another deep breath and say,

I am worthy of love.

Feeling again,

Saying just the three words,

I am worthy.

Again,

Saying I am worthy.

Notice any shift within your body when you say those words and keep saying them until they feel harmonious.

Until you accept that that is who you are at your core.

If there's any difficulty,

It just simply means that a child's mind heard those words and adopted them to be true without even knowing what they mean.

If you have any experiences like that,

Simply let them go.

Coming back to this moment in time,

Being at peace.

As we continue to breathe,

I want you to know that you are lovable.

If you've had any difficulty in your life,

If you've had any difficult relationships that have left you feeling less,

Feeling lower,

Just shout out to wherever you're at that you are lovable.

You can do it in your mind.

You can do it out loud,

But just know that you are lovable.

You are amazing.

You are perfect just the way you are.

And that it's hurt people that hurt people.

Trust yourself.

Trust who you are and know that you are enough.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine speaking to the person that you were hoping to speak to and recognize that as you were speaking to them,

You are simply in a state of gratitude.

That you are thankful for their energy,

That you are thankful for their time,

And that they can sense that gratitude.

If they don't resonate,

Then why would you want to go out and spend your time with them?

And even if they do,

There's no telling how compatible things might be.

There's usually a little game,

A little play in the beginning,

A test.

You may ask somebody out and they may say no,

A funny reply is always a good response.

Not a mean reply,

But a funny reply.

As you breathe deeply,

Know that all that you can control is your own feeling,

Your own state,

Your own body.

There's no control over anyone else's response.

Your goal is to be okay with who you are independent of anybody else's actions and knowing that you are enough.

Continue to breathe,

My friends,

And continue to focus in on that energy of gratitude,

Allowing it to fill your heart,

Allowing it to fill your entire body,

Allowing it to be almost as though it is an aura or a cloud surrounding you,

A shield of protection,

A way of being connected no matter what comes your way.

Just breathe in,

Noticing that that aura,

That light gets brighter and brighter.

The more that you connect to the gratitude,

The more that you connect to your feeling and enjoy that experience.

Step into the amazing connection with who you are and honor anybody else's desire to be in any place,

Any state that they choose to be.

And show up fully when you are there,

Completely mindful in your moment.

As you continue to breathe,

Take all the time you need.

Connect with your own self,

Recognizing your lovable nature,

Forgiving yourself for any past,

Learned behaviors,

Any habits that's maybe holding your back and just become aware of them for right now.

Allow yourself to start stretching.

Allow yourself to move your shoulders,

Move your neck.

Allow yourself to come back to this time in this space.

Allow yourself to just come into this moment fully attentive,

Fully connected.

So just take a moment and bring your awareness back to this place,

Engaging whatever it is that you need to engage for the task at hand.

Just taking a few moments to ground yourself,

To become fully aware of everything around you.

Just take a moment and allow your breath to return to normal.

Taking that feeling of gratitude with you and knowing that you are amazing.

If you don't have the right person in your life yet,

It just means that you are so special that somebody is taking a little bit extra time to be prepared.

And then when you meet them,

It will be amazing.
