Healing from within,

A journey through body,

Heart and mind,

A three-part guided series to help you listen to your body's whispers,

Soften the weight of your heart and quiet the storm of your mind.

We begin with the first meditation where you will be gently guided to meet your physical pain not as an enemy but as a messenger.

Through breath,

Imaginary and compassionate awareness,

You will discover how your body is always guiding you back to balance and healing,

Whisper by whisper.

Through the second meditation,

You will be guided that emotions are energy in motion,

The purest language of your heart.

In this meditation,

You will learn to meet your emotional pain with compassion,

Uncover the wisdom it carries and allow it to move through you naturally,

Creating space for lightness and joy.

And through the third meditation,

You will be guided that the mind can feel like a restless storm.

Thoughts circling endlessly,

Peace feeling far away.

In this final session,

You will be guided to step by step from your thoughts,

Rest in the stillness between them and return to the calm,

Open sky that's always within you.
