In this meditation, we will gently open the door to your emotions, learning to witness them without judgment and soften into their wisdom. By embracing your feelings instead of resisting them, you begin to heal from within. In the next session, we’ll turn to the mind, uncovering the patterns of thought that shape your reality.

Take a moment to arrive here with me and let this be a pause away from the noise,

Away from the rush you and I both know that the deepest aches aren't always physical they live quietly inside in the unshed tears the lump in the throat the heaviness we can't explain today we will not run from that ache we will walk gently towards it and listen emotions are energy in motion they are the body's language it's a way of telling the truth that words can't always hold joy,

Grief anger,

Love,

Fear,

They are all visitors they rise,

Swell and fall like waves and when we resist them when we lock them away,

They don't disappear,

They settle into our body and over time they become tension,

Fatigue,

Even illness so emotional pain is not proof that you are broken,

It is proof that you are alive that your heart is still speaking to you close your eyes and place your hands somewhere you feel comfortable maybe over your heart,

Maybe on your belly and take a slow loving breath in and breathe it out gently let your body soften with each breath,

You don't have to be anywhere else bring your awareness to the place where you feel your emotion most strongly right now maybe it's a pressure in the chest,

A hollow in the stomach a tightness in your throat don't try to name the emotion yet simply feel where it lives in your body like a guest in your home invite it to sit down beside you inhale slowly creating more space inside your body and exhale,

Letting that space wrap around the emotion as if you are holding it in a safe embrace and now ask it quietly,

What do you want me to know wait,

Listen don't rush to the answers sometimes the knowing comes as words sometimes as an image sometimes only as a sense of release again ask,

What do you want me to know wait and listen every emotion carries a gift,

Grief carries the proof of our love,

Anger carries our boundaries,

Fear carries the instinct to protect even sadness carries a seed of longing for joy when we stop judging our emotions as good or bad,

They can move through us freely they can complete their natural cycle like a wave rolling back into the ocean and before we end place your hands over your heart again whisper to yourself every emotion is welcomed here I trust the wisdom of my heart I allow myself to feel so I may heal take one more slow breath in and breathe it out and when you are ready gently open your eyes thank you for meeting yourself here for listening to the language of your heart may you remember every emotion is simply love in one of its many shapes Thank you for listening!
