I have created this meditation short so it is easy for you to listen daily multiple times if you wish,
So that you can practice staying in the frequency of your higher self.
A busy schedule should not be a reason to not tap into your fullest potential.

You can do this meditation as you are walking,
Cleaning or moving through the day or seated with your eyes closed.
If you are seated,
I want you to now make yourself gently close down your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Allowing the breath to expand your chest and your belly.
Exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension or stress from your body and mind.
For each exhalation,
Feel your body sinking into the ground,
Just relax.
Feel the presence of this moment,
The stillness that surrounds you.
With each breath,
Imagine yourself stepping into a space where time dissolves and only the present exists.
As you continue to breathe gently,
See and feel your higher self,
They are standing in front of you,
They are radiating confidence,
A calm assurance in yourself.
I want you to really feel the strength in your presence,
Knowingness in your gaze.
This version of you knows exactly who they are and what they want.
Feel it in every fiber of your being,
There is no doubt,
Not at all.
This is a deep knowing in yourself and who you are.
And now bring your attention to your heart,
Feel a warm glow radiating from within,
Like a beacon of your inner beautiful light.
With each breath,
This light expands,
Filling you up with courage,
Curiosity for life and an unwavering self-belief.
Breathe it in and as you bask in this radiant light,
See yourself living your dreams out,
Walking a path of authenticity and purpose.
Notice how you effortlessly navigate challenges,
How your presence light up the whole world around you.
Feel the joy,

When you are out,
You are accommodating,
