Make sure that you can relax for the next 20 minutes or more.

Dive into this moment and space and just relax.

Connect to your breath and just arrive into your body.

Just arrive and pay attention to how your body is feeling and how your mind is feeling.

Without any judgement,

Just to be aware and arrive into the moment.

And as you continue to be aware of your breath,

Allow yourself to relax even deeper.

Begin to breathe in at a count of 2 and exhale at a count of 4.

This is helping to relax your whole system even more.

Breathing in for 2 and breathing out for 4.

Sending signals to your body and to your mind that now is the time to relax.

And you keep breathing in for 2 and exhaling for 4.

And you feel all your muscles beginning to release and relax all the way from the top of your head.

Relax.

Relax your eyes all the way down your face.

Down your throat,

Relaxing your shoulders.

Relaxing your chest.

Your whole spine is now relaxing.

Your belly,

Your arms all the way down to your legs completely relaxed.

That's right.

And you notice that there is absolutely nothing else for you to do right now than to releasing any tension and just relax.

And now as you begin to focus on your breath,

Just feel the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body.

And with every breath,

You feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

Sinking deeper into a state of peace.

And as you breathe in,

You hear the word let.

And as you exhale,

You hear the word go.

And just hear that silently in the background throughout this meditation.

With your breath,

Let go.

Let go.

That's right.

Just like that.

Noticing your body starting to surrender and let go as these words repeat in your mind.

Giving your body and mind some rest.

Almost like hitting this reset button.

So you can go back into your daily life with even more clarity,

More awareness,

More inspiration.

So just allow yourself to let go.

Now imagine,

Just imagine it's so easy to allow your whole being to relax.

That's right.

Let go of any stress or any pressure from the day,

From the week,

The year,

Even your whole life.

You can just let it go,

Just for now.

That's right.

It's just like with every word I say,

It allows your mind to relax more and more.

Going deeper and deeper into the state of pure relaxation.

Recharging your whole being.

Just like that.

It's like you are floating,

Drifting,

Sinking all the way into this beautiful state.

And you give yourself permission to feel like you're almost falling asleep,

But you are still awake.

Coming back to the words,

Let go.

And allow yourself to feel how good it feels to be this relaxed.

Almost asleep,

But awake.

If any thoughts come up,

It is not yours to control,

Not to pay attention to.

You can just hear it in the background of your mind instead of saying it.

So stay in the present of this moment of pure silence.

That's right.

Allowing your conscious mind to completely let go,

Let go of the need to control.

And trusting your subconscious,

Taking in all the information it needs to rewire,

Recharge,

And give you what you need.

Trust and let go.

That's right.

And you now bring your attention back to your heart center.

The place where your intuition is,

Your inner guidance.

And you imagine a bright light glowing at the center of your chest.

Full of wisdom.

And you breathe in this healing light.

And you let it cleanse your body,

Your mind,

Your soul.

And you feel yourself allowing this shift to happen.

And even if your conscious mind is resting or sleeping,

Your unconscious mind is taking in any information needed.

Feel this in your heart.

That's right.

Feel the presence of this moment.

The stillness that surrounds you.

The perfect balance between sleep and awake.

That's right.

And with every breath,

You imagine yourself stepping into a space where time dissolves and only the present exists.

And with every breath,

You allow this space,

This moment,

To expand.

Allow this space to fill you up with courage,

Curiosity,

Self-belief,

Inspiration,

Energy.

And you allow your body to rest.

And your mind to rest.

That's right.

Complete relaxation.

Filling up your energy on all levels.

Trusting and knowing that your body is doing exactly what you need in this time in your life.

To be ready for the next day,

Receiving the guidance you need,

The inspiration,

The rest.

Allow yourself to receive and take advantage of this time out.

Complete stillness.

Hear the sound of stillness within.

And let it expand.

Feeling lighter and lighter.

Weightless.

Pure.

Cleansed.

At peace.

Breathe all of this space,

This energy,

Into your heart.

Knowing that everything is one.

All connected.

And you stay in this state of peace.

The state where your body is recharging itself.

Until you're ready to open your eyes.

And you will go to sleep with this feeling within.

And during your sleep your body and mind will rejuvenate you completely.

You will feel refreshed.

You will be ready for a new day.

You will sleep knowing that your body is repairing and readjusting.

And when you wake up you will feel amazing.

You will feel completely rested and ready for the day.

Full of inspiration.

Full of drive.

Full of motivation.

Insights might even come to you in your dreams.

As you relax into it and you allow what will be.

No need to force or know anything.

There is infinite levels for you to explore.

And your subconscious is exploring even when you are sleeping.

Creating new ways.

Opening new doors.

Allow yourself to receive this rest.

The rest of your body and your mind.

Your nervous system.

And allow this rest to continue throughout your sleep tonight.

Whenever you are ready to open your eyes you will feel relaxed.

Calm.

In complete balance.
