Hello and welcome.

Take a moment to arrive.

Let your body settle.

Let your breath come just as it is.

There's nowhere to be but here.

And right here,

Right now,

You are not alone.

Gently close your eyes.

Let your shoulders drop.

Soften your jaw.

Gently bring your hands to your belly or anywhere that feels comfortable.

Take a slow breath in through your nose.

And exhale gently out through your mouth.

Feel your breath in and out.

Now bring awareness to your heart.

Simply notice.

Whatever you're feeling right now is okay.

You don't need to push it away.

You can let the feelings be here and simply breathe with them.

If you've been feeling alone,

If something feels heavy,

You don't have to carry it by yourself.

Let your breath help carry some of the weight.

Let the earth beneath you hold some of it too.

Inhale gently.

And as you exhale,

Imagine soft support surrounding you.

A quiet presence.

A warm,

Calm energy.

Something deep.

Sacred.

Steady.

You are never alone.

Let your breath be easy.

Let your body be soft.

Feel how you are being supported.

By the ground beneath you.

By the breath within you.

By something larger,

Loving,

And steady.

You don't have to figure anything out right now.

You don't have to be anywhere else.

Just this moment.

Just this breath.

This is enough.

Allow yourself to be held.

Allow yourself to be seen.

Allow yourself to be connected.

Very gently bring one hand to your heart and the other one to your belly.

Quietly coming back to your surroundings.

Feeling the steady,

Calm energy holding you.

Always with you.

Thank yourself for showing up today.

For taking just a few moments to connect deeper with yourself.
