Reiki Meditation: Ground & Clear Your Chakras

Begin by gently closing your eyes,

Finding yourself in either a reclined position or laying down,

And starting to bring your attention to the breath.

Taking a deep inhale,

Holding at the top,

And exhaling.

Again,

Inhaling,

Holding at the top,

And exhaling.

Begin to notice your body relaxing,

Bringing your attention to the top of your head.

You start to sense a golden light beginning to come down,

Down a little bit closer,

And just before it reaches the crown of your head,

It begins moving in a circular motion,

And as it's moving,

You begin to see what looks like a golden thread.

This thread begins to weave itself around you,

Around your head,

Continuing in a circle as it moves around both of your ears,

Starting to create a cocoon around your body.

It moves down below your ears,

Creating this cocoon around your neck,

Making its way down past your shoulders,

Continuing to spin and weave this beautiful golden thread.

This cocoon continues traveling down,

Wrapping itself all the way around your midsection,

Tucking your arms in,

Moving itself around your hips,

All the way around your legs,

And finally wrapping itself around your feet so that your entire body is safe in this beautiful cocoon of golden thread.

This golden thread begins to transform itself from thread into a liquid energy.

It begins moving its way up your feet,

Continuing to move upward through your knees,

Through your thighs,

Moving up through your hips,

And making its way into your root chakra at the base of your spine.

This liquid energy carries with it beautiful reiki healing,

And together they begin spinning in your root chakra,

Loosening anything that is stagnant,

Anything here that you do not need.

Perhaps you can feel the energy moving,

Setting the intention to release whatever is no longer serving you,

Setting the intention to release whatever is blocking you from feeling fully connected to both your physical and spiritual bodies.

This liquid energy begins to move upward towards your sacral chakra,

Spinning here,

Beginning to move everything within this chakra.

Perhaps you feel the energy moving,

Perhaps there are emotions coming up that have been stuck in this chakra.

Whatever you're experiencing,

Know that it is the experience you are meant to be having.

This energy begins to move upward once again,

Moving into your solar plexus,

Continuing to move this energy around,

Spinning and spinning,

Taking with it any aspects of this chakra that you no longer need.

This energy moves its way up further into your heart chakra.

This chakra is key to feeling grounded as it connects your lower three chakras with your upper three chakras,

And without this connection you cannot feel grounded in your body.

And so removing any stagnancies,

Any blocks,

Any limiting beliefs,

Anything that is simply keeping you from your highest alignment is being moved right now,

Shifted so that it can be cleared as this energy and reiki healing continue to move through you.

This energy moves upward again,

Moving up to your throat chakra,

Connecting to your communication.

Both the communication that you use here in this world and the communication that you have beyond the human world,

Allowing this energy to allowing this energy to bring with it anything that you no longer need.

And as you feel this energy begin moving up,

Taking any stagnancies,

Any blocks with it,

It moves up into the third eye,

The seat of your intuition.

This energy is spinning here,

Making sure to clear any ideas or beliefs you may have picked up along the way that have made it hard for you to connect to your intuition,

Hard for you to believe that you are in fact intuitive.

As you feel this energy take with it anything no longer needed here,

It moves up to the crown chakra,

Crown chakra,

Continuing to spin and release all of the blocks,

Stagnancies,

Anything you have picked up in this lifetime or any lifetimes previously.

This energy continues spinning,

Clearing this chakra,

Creating a clear channel all the way from your crown chakra down to your root chakra.

All of a sudden,

The energy begins to flow very,

Very quickly down from your crown chakra to your third eye,

Moving down faster to your throat chakra,

Even faster to the heart,

The heart,

Clearing with it everything as it moves along to your solar plexus,

Moving down to the sacral,

Finally to your root chakra.

It continues moving down,

Down to the bottom of your feet and to the bottom of the cocoon.

And all of this energy releases out the bottom of this cocoon,

Going down deep into the earth.

This energy and everything that has been released from you is now dissolved from you and taken into Mother Gaia.

This energy is transformed into love.

Love.

You can feel your feet begin to grow roots into the earth,

Grounding you,

Grounding your body into the earth.

As an energy starts to build and you realize that this is a beautiful flow,

Reiki healing energy once again,

Moving up from the center of the earth,

Up through the roots in your feet,

Up through your legs.

This energy moves into your root chakra,

Now filling every corner of this chakra that was just cleared,

Filling it with nurturing,

Loving,

Healing energy,

Creating the feeling of safety and grounding.

It continues moving up to the sacral,

Filling this chakra with creativity and connection to your emotions,

To your sexual energy,

And bringing balance to all of them.

It continues moving upward to your solar plexus,

Bringing you a beautiful and balanced sense of self and confidence.

This energy continues moving upward into your heart,

Filling this space with so much tenderness,

Openness,

Strength,

Nurturing,

Wisdom,

And compassion.

Opening this door for you between your upper and lower chakras,

Between your human and spiritual self,

Which is the key to feeling grounded.

This beautiful reiki energy moves up once again into your throat chakra,

Filling every corner of this chakra with confidence and awareness and balance in your communication,

How you are seeing the world and how you are showing the world who you are.

It continues moving upward into your third eye,

Your seat of intuition,

Bringing you a sense of safety and confidence,

Knowing that it is okay and important to connect to this part of you,

This very important part of you.

And finally,

This energy moves up your crown chakra,

Filling this space with divine love,

Divine connection,

And so much healing.

This energy has now balanced every one of your chakras,

Bringing them into alignment with such balanced and even flow to one another,

Connecting you to this beautiful spiritual healing energy,

While also creating a sense of full grounding here on this earth and in your body.

You feel this energy slowly begin to dissolve within you,

Recognizing that it is always with you.

You simply need to set the intention to connect to it.

As this reiki energy and this healing slow down,

You are able to feel balance in your body and in your chakras,

A beautiful sense of grounding.

Very gently,

Awareness back into your body by wiggling your toes,

Wiggling your fingers.

You want to start blinking your eyes open,

Putting one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart.

And thank yourself for taking the time to do this for you today.

This is so important and it is so good for you.

Energy is always with you.

Simply set the intention to connect to it and come back to this as often as you'd like,

And you will continue to receive this beautiful healing.
