Welcome to With Every Breath,

I Return to Presence Take a moment to arrive just as you are.

There's no need to be anywhere else,

No need to fix or change anything.

This is your time to simply be,

To breathe.

So find your comfy space,

Warm and cozy,

And gently close your eyes.

Bring your awareness into your heart center and notice a softness there.

Another beautiful breath in and this time,

Take the breath down to your belly.

Relax with a deep exhale.

Take another slow deep breath and know that in this moment,

All is well.

Just tune into this present moment.

Follow your breathing in and out as you relax and settle in still more.

Let your shoulders and neck area soften,

Your arms,

Back,

Abdomen,

Hips,

Legs,

And feet.

Relax and breathe.

Breathing is your connection to life and the natural world and like all of nature,

It has a rhythm.

Just take a few moments now to do nothing more and simply follow the rhythm of your breath and relax.

There are moments when the mind drifts far from now,

Wandering into memories,

Plans,

And worries.

But beneath all of that movement,

The breath is always here quietly waiting.

And each inhale you take whispers,

Come home.

Each exhale sighs,

Let go.

So with every breath,

We begin again,

Not by striving or reaching,

But by softening into what already is.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and a gentle breath out through your nose.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Feeling your body expand and open,

And exhale softly,

Releasing any tightness,

Stress,

Or tension that you are holding.

Let the rhythm of your breath become your anchor,

Steady,

Kind,

And familiar.

Now,

Visualize you're standing in a quiet garden just after rainfall.

The earth beneath you is soft and fragrant,

And the air,

It feels fresh and alive with renewal.

Now,

You breathe in the scent of the earth and you exhale into the soft rhythm of nature.

All around you,

There are trees that are standing tall,

Grounded,

Still,

And patient.

With each breath you take,

You feel their steadiness within you.

And you realize you are not separate from this piece.

You are part of it,

And you belong to this moment.

When thoughts drift in,

Simply notice them like clouds moving across the sky.

No need to chase or change them.

Just return again and again to your beautiful breath.

Inhale,

Arising.

Exhale,

Allowing.

Inhale,

Opening.

Exhale,

Releasing.

Let your breath move like waves upon the shore,

Arriving,

Retreating,

Always returning.

Each breath brings you home to your body,

To your heart,

To this moment called now.

Tune into the present moment.

Presence isn't something we find,

It's something we remember.

It lives in the space between each breath,

In the quiet pulse of being alive.

Take one more deep,

Loving breath in,

And as you exhale,

Just feel gratitude for this moment,

For the simple miracle of breathing,

And the quiet peace that meets you here.

Now,

Repeat silently or softly out loud,

With every breath,

I return to presence.

With every breath,

I come home to myself.

Let's repeat,

With every breath,

I return to presence.

With every breath,

I come home to myself.

Breathe those words deep into your heart.

Stay here for just a few more gentle breaths,

Allowing the stillness to settle like soft light around you.

And when you're ready,

Just begin to move gently,

Roll your shoulders if that feels good,

Stretch,

And slowly open your eyes,

And just carry this awareness,

This peaceful presence,

Into whatever comes next.

Namaste,

My friend.
