Another beautiful breath in and this time,
Take the breath down to your abdomen and relax with a deep exhale.
Take another slow,
Deep breath and know that in this moment,
All is well.
Tune into the present moment.
So,
Just follow your breathing in and out as you relax and settle in still more.
Just let your shoulders and neck area relax,
Your arms,
Back,
Abdomen,
Hips,
Legs,
And feet.
Relax and breathe.
Breathing is your connection to life and the natural world,
And like all of nature,
It has a rhythm.
Now,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Again,
Breathing in deeply and releasing.
Now,
Imagine yourself standing beneath an open sky.
The air is fresh and alive with the scent of rain.
A soft mist touches your skin and in the distance,
You hear the rhythmic patter of raindrops meeting the earth.
You step forward,
Feeling the first drops land on your shoulders.
They are cool and cleansing,
And there is a warm breeze that carries the scent of renewal.
The rain welcomes you.
It knows what you carry.
It knows what you are ready to release.
Water is life.
Water is healing.
And remember,
It has traveled through rivers,
Oceans,
And clouds.
Always moving,
Always flowing,
Always renewing.
And now,
It is flowing to you.
So,
As this beautiful rain falls,
Allow it to wash over you,
Not just on your skin,
But through you.
This is not ordinary rain.
It is filled with light and infused with the energy of renewal.
Each drop carries healing.

And dissolving what no longer serves you.
With every drop,
Something releases.
The rain,
It's carrying it away,
Returning it to the earth to be transformed.
Water is a sacred gift.
It's a messenger of renewal.
It moves effortlessly,
Never resisting the path before it.
In this moment,
You too are water.
You are flowing.
You are free.
Beautiful.

The rain is now beginning to slow.
It's becoming a soft mist,
And the world around you is fresh and new.
As the rain eases,
There is a stillness that settles around you.
The air feels different now,
Crisp,
Alive.
You have released.
You have let go.
And in the space left behind,
There is clarity,
Lightness,
And peace.

Breathe in this stillness.
It's the quiet after the storm.
Feel how open,
How spacious you have become.
The weight is gone.
The doubt has dissolved.
In its place,
There is only ease,
A softness,
A sense of gentle flow.

Let's take a moment to offer gratitude to the water,
To the rain that cleansed you,
To the rivers,
Lakes,
And oceans that have always carried life.
You can whisper if you like.

Visualize a single droplet of water that's resting in your palm.
This droplet contains all the lessons of the rain,
All of its renewal,
Its movement,

Just hold it for a moment,
And let it sink into your being.

Take one more breath in.
Feel yourself infused with light.
You are clear,
Fresh,
Renewed.
And as you exhale,
Just let go into this feeling of renewal.
The rain may stop,
But water always remains.
It flows beneath the earth,
Rises into the sky,
Moves through the rivers and within you.
So,
You carry this flow with you now.
You are fluid,
Adaptable,
Flexible,
And strong.
You are cleansed,
You are free,
And you move with life's beautiful rhythm.
So,
Just invite a sphere of protective,
Warm,
Golden,
Loving light to be placed all around you,
All around your heart and this experience too,
So that all the positive,
Healing,
Clearing,
Renewal,
And peaceful benefits will stay with you.
