Meditation to raise your vibration Settle into a quiet,

Peaceful place where you can relax completely.

Find a comfortable position.

If you're sitting on a chair,

Let your feet rest flat on the ground,

Your body relaxed,

But your spine gently straight.

Take a moment to adjust if needed.

If,

At any point during this meditation you feel discomfort,

You can always shift position.

Choose whatever posture feels natural to you.

Take a few seconds now to settle in and softly close your eyes.

We'll begin by centering ourselves through the rhythm of the breath.

In a moment,

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose,

Counting to five,

And breathe out through your mouth for a count of five.

Let's breathe together.

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Now,

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

Simply observe its flow and feel calmness spreading through you.

Begin to visualize roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Stretching down towards the center of the earth.

With each inhale and exhale,

Imagine these roots growing thicker,

Stronger,

And deeper.

Once you sense your roots firmly anchored into the earth,

Visualize a gentle luminous energy rising from the earth's core towards your feet.

The light can be white,

Golden,

Green,

Or soft pink.

Choose what feels best to you.

What feels right for you.

Now,

Feel this light entering the soles of your feet,

Flowing gently into your feet,

Into your ankles,

Up along your shins,

Passing through your knees,

Warming the length of your legs.

Sense this light bringing warmth and softness.

Feel it rising into your thighs,

Up toward your coccyx,

Up toward your belly button.

Now,

This radiant energy fills the base of your spine,

Gently warming you.

Notice its comforting warmth.

With each inhale,

Imagine the light rising higher.

With each exhale,

See it expanding sideways.

Now,

The light fills your lower belly and rises towards your solar plexus,

Up into your heart center.

As it reaches your heart,

Feel infinite well-being as the light envelops you in gentle warmth.

It surrounds and fills the lower half of your body.

Rest in these sensations for a few minutes.

Take another deep,

Slow breath.

Allow the light to rise now to your throat,

Up through your neck and the back of your head,

And finally into the crown of your head.

Here,

The light clears away unhelpful thoughts,

Softening the busy mind.

Focus on your bodily sensations,

Enjoying this moment of peace.

If any thought passes by,

Simply observe.

Without judgment.

The light now glows over your face,

Over your forehead,

Intense and embracing.

The light surrounds you,

Expanding upwards about half a meter above your head.

Notice how the light flows down each side of your body,

Like a vase brimming with energy,

Overflowing gently.

It sparkles and descends over your sides.

Reaching your feet again,

It draws fresh energy from the earth core to nourish you once more.

Ideally,

Stay in this state for about 10 to 20 minutes.

Now,

Slowly bring your awareness back to where you are.

Listen to the sounds around you.

Gently move your hands,

Your arms,

Your feet,

Your legs.

Stretch softly if it feels good.
