
Heart Expansion Chakra Mediation
Together we’ll journey with the intention to connect more deeply in this beautiful place in a state of grace. Connecting in with Mama Earth, your own energy field as we travel through each of the Chakras. Spending some time at the Heart to cultivate more compassion, kindness, love and expansion. This intimate and longer than usual meditation requires you to carve out half an hour for yourself to take a deeper expansive journey with me for protection, connection, expansion, love and presence.

Hello beautiful people,
Thank you for joining me here today.
It's always an honor and a privilege and to be connected in this beautiful place,
This state of grace,
As today we're going to connect in with our heart.
And by doing that we cultivate some beautiful love energy in our life.
And I especially love doing this if my cup feels a little bit empty or I'm feeling a bit fragmented.
It's always nice to just ground in and center in the heart space.
And it reminds us to be more compassionate and kind and loving and that energy is such a high frequency that even if you touch one person it starts a ripple effect of energy that far outweighs fear and hatred.
And so this is the space I come from,
A cultivating heart and raising our frequency of love.
So I'd love it if you'd join me today in this meditation.
And so I invite you to just fluff up your nest.
I suggest doing this sitting up but if you feel like you need to lie down that's more than okay.
I'm sure we're going to have the same benefit.
I say to sit up because it helps you to just really align with the frequencies that we're going to be calling in.
And so make yourself as comfortable as possible if you have decided to sit up and fluff your nest.
And just taking some deep breaths,
Three big deep breaths into your belly.
Taking your time to breathe into this space,
Not forcing or pushing.
Just like taking some beautiful deep breaths that just allow you to drop in.
Allowing the shoulders to just drop down.
Rolling your neck if you're feeling a bit stiff in the neck area.
And just arriving,
Feeling your back or bottom on the seat or the floor.
And just tuning into where your body is at at the moment.
Continuing to just breathe here for a while.
So we give ourselves space and time to just breathe and arrive quietly.
We start to notice that the mind might be a little bit busy.
So just parking those thoughts off to the side for a while.
You carve out this time just for you.
So I just encourage you now to just keep following your breath and dropping in deeper and deeper.
I'll give you some space to do that.
And rest for a while.
Thank you.
And while you're sitting here or lying down,
Breathing and tuning in to your beautiful rhythm and flow,
I'm going to invite you now to take your attention down to the soles of your feet.
So taking your breath all the way down and the first thing we're going to do is ground you where you are.
We don't want you wandering off and not being grounded in before you start your journey.
It's important to ground in.
So I invite you now to take your attention down to the soles of your feet and start to envision some beautiful roots coming out of the soles of the feet,
Connecting in with Mother Earth and allowing your beautiful roots,
They can be any colour,
Size,
Shape,
Allowing those roots to tap right into the core of the earth,
Wrapping your roots around her core and her heart and just taking a moment here to envision the heart of the earth beating in time with your heart.
So just taking a moment to really tune in to the grounded nature and energy of Mama Earth and tuning into the frequency she's admitting and see if you can get your hearts beating in time.
I'll give you some space here to tune into Mama Earth.
I know you're tuning in with Mama Earth and her heart and her heart is beating in time with Mama Earth.
So just take a moment to imagine some beautiful roots coming out of the soles of your feet and that's okay,
That's perfectly normal.
You may feel the energy elsewhere in your body as well.
It's just we're just tuning in and tapping into the frequency and aligning with the Earth's energy.
And it might be different for each one of you.
So just go with what's happening and just keep following that rhythm and breathing and breathing and breathing.
And as you're feeling that energy and the pulse of the Earth's heart with yours,
Start to pull up some of that Earth energy.
So you're not taking anything from her,
It's an exchange and it's an exchange of love and of heart as you start to pull that beautiful energy,
Grounding,
Earthing energy up through your roots,
Traveling back up through the soles of your feet and you're staying connected the whole time with Mama Earth here as you beat in time with one another.
Allowing the energy to come up through the soles of the feet,
Through the ankles,
Up through your calves,
Front of the legs,
Behind the knees as you start this circling,
Pulsating,
Grounding energy,
Moving up,
Up,
Up through your knees and your thighs.
As you come up through the hips,
Just slowing it down.
And you may be having some visuals or you can imagine here coming into the base of your spine and the base of the pelvic floor into your root chakra and just holding the energy here.
You may want to envision the beautiful vibrancy of red for the root chakra or you may just want to get a sensation or a knowing here that you're there.
And so while you're here,
Just holding that pulsing energy of your flow,
Your natural flow,
The rhythm of your heart and just holding it here in presence.
And that is all you have to do right now.
And again,
You might feel the sensation there and it's pulsing,
Throbbing and knowing.
And let's spend some time there just tuning into the root chakra.
As we begin to travel up a little further,
Not too far to go.
We're moving into the space that sits between the belly button and our pelvic area and we're moving into the sacral chakra.
It sort of sits back a little bit from the belly button,
So sort of inwards if you can get a deeper sense of it sitting deep within the back of the belly button,
But a little bit lower down.
And again,
We're just going to take our time here to tune into the energy of the sacral chakra.
You might want to envision or imagine the color orange.
Get a sense or a feeling of the energy of the sacral chakra here.
As again,
You're just breathing into that space and what we're doing is we're just slowing everything down.
And we're following the beat.
Again,
It's the natural flow of our breath with our heartbeat.
And we're connecting our heart in with all our chakras today.
Taking some time,
Let's breathe into our sacral chakra.
And again,
Just breathing and moving that energy up.
Up through all our digestive system,
Through our belly button,
Up through our ribs.
And we're going to come in and focus our intentionality around our solar plexus,
Which sits just where the ribs sort of meet in the lower area there in the center of the chest,
But not at the heart space.
It's just a little bit lower down.
And it's exactly where our solar plexus are.
And again,
Using your intentionality and your heart,
Your heartbeat and your breath to tune into your solar plexus.
Envisioning or imagining here the color yellow and tuning into the sensations of what the solar plexus brings about for you.
Take your next breath.
We're going to move up and into our heart space,
Our gateway,
Our bridge between worlds,
Between upper and lower.
We're going to cultivate that heart resonance here.
So we're acknowledging now all the lower chakras,
All the chakras that we've moved through that sit below this space.
And so what we're going to do here is open up our heart and we're going to expand that energy out.
And so you're probably feeling now the sensations of what you've created,
Moving up with that pulse of energy of the heart and the breath working together.
And so as you're coming up into that chest area,
Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you here and now.
Any messages or any symbols that are coming through,
Trust that your unconscious mind will bring them back to you after we finish this meditation.
And just going with your journey,
Whatever it's presenting for you right now.
And taking a deep breath here into the heart space and tuning in deeply with the resonance of your heart and your heartbeat.
Is it beating faster?
Has it slowed down since you began?
Does it need to let go or drop in a bit deeper?
Do you need to expand or open the heart a little bit more?
So I'd just like you to invite you to just experiment with me now.
Go with me on this one.
And as you're breathing into that heart space,
Bringing around that beautiful emerald green color.
It may be a light pink for you or a deep pink,
Whatever it is,
It's okay.
Let's go with the energy of the heart and what it's presenting.
And as you're breathing into your heart space,
I invite you now to just start expanding that energy out.
And we're going to just expand it out a little bit in front of us to start with.
So what you're actually doing is breathing through your heart.
And what we're doing is dropping into the frequency of what the heart creates.
It's very different than breathing through just your nose and your mouth.
Even though essentially that's what you're doing,
We're moving our intentionality to the heart space.
And so what we do here when we,
When this is happening is we're cultivating more compassion,
More love,
More kindness,
Not just for ourselves,
But for humanity.
And you can start to expand that out a little bit further and just keep expanding that energy out until it reaches the end of your street.
And just using your imagination,
If you're having trouble with visualizing or just use your knowing there's no right or wrong.
So I'm just going to give you some time here to just expand.
And if you decide to go beyond your street,
That's fine.
Just expand that beautiful love energy out as far as you can feel you need to or can.
Right.
What you might start to notice is that you start to get really happy or you feel really light and airy and expansive.
And so it gives us a little glimpse into our expansive self and that we are so much more than the physical.
We are so much more than these physical bodies.
We have so much love and so much spirit to give and share and experience.
So as your expanded self is having this beautiful,
Profound,
Blissful experience right now,
I just invite you to notice the edges of where you are.
And so remembering that you are still grounded to Mother Earth,
That it's okay to experience this kind of expansion at this level.
And if you can do this in 20 minutes,
Can you imagine what you could experience in an hour or two hours?
And if you continue to cultivate this in a way that serves you where you're grounded and you can still live very much your human existence and your earthly existence,
But you have this gateway that you can tap into at any time.
And so as you're tuning in and sensing your edges of where you've expanded out to,
Start to acknowledge the edges and almost creating a bubble of love.
Without that sounding too cheesy,
What you're doing is actually creating almost a boundary or a threshold so you don't become fragmented.
And so it's containing the energy so that you can expand and go as far as you need to at any one time.
But you energetically have an awareness.
So there's an intentionality and a consciousness about what you're doing and that we don't lose ourselves and fly off into the upper realms and come back and feel too flighty and are unable to ground back in.
And so that's why I ground you first so that you're able to experience this in the most beautiful way and most protected way.
And so as you're sensing this beautiful bubble or this boundary,
I'm going to ask you now to notice where it is and start to slowly bring it back in,
Bring it back in little by little,
Inch by inch.
That's all the beautiful good stuff staying in with you.
It's this bubble of love coming in,
Bringing it back in.
And you're at the end of your street and you're coming back,
Back,
Back,
Back into the room and then bringing that back,
That feel back in,
Noticing where your aura is at now and your energy field,
Bringing it back into the heart,
Bringing it back into that space,
Bringing it back into your body and just holding that resonance for a little while.
Just taking your time here to just come back in and taking some deep breaths into the heart space and we're going to move this energy up into the upper chakras and then we're going to bring it all back together and ground it back into mama earth.
You may be feeling like you're vibrating and that's all perfectly normal.
What you're doing here is you're raising your frequency,
You're raising your vibration and that might be a little bit unusual for some of you and that's okay and just takes practice.
So we're going to move up now,
Taking a deep breath and moving the energy up into the throat.
And again,
Using your intentionality to envision a beautiful turquoise blue or sky blue or blue like the ocean and just getting a sensation here of what that is for you in your throat chakra.
Again,
Using the beating of the heart and your breath to tune into this energetic space.
And I'm sure by now you will have noticed your energy shifted a great deal.
It's just wonderful what we can cultivate in such a short period of time when we give ourselves space and time to do so.
And again,
We're going to move up to the third eye.
We're going to use our breath and the beating of our heart to move up into the third eye,
Just in between and slightly above the eyebrow and sort of as moving up into the center of the forehead.
And just tuning to this beautiful all-seeing eye,
This remarkable space.
And you may experience some visions here and just go with whatever's happening.
And again,
Just tuning into your breathing,
Your natural rhythm and your heartbeat.
And the color here for you might be a serice or a lilac,
Vibrant purple.
Just go with whatever it's showing for you.
It's all good.
No wrong or right.
For some of you,
This area,
There may be a lot of energy going on here.
And so just slowing it down.
If you feel like you start to get a bit racy,
Just use your breath in your heart to just slow it down and keep bringing it back to the breath and the heartbeat.
The idea of this meditation is to actually just slow things down.
And just taking a moment here.
Maybe all sorts of sensations arising and arriving.
And that's OK.
That's more than OK.
I invite you now to just use your breath.
We're going to move up to the crown chakra.
The crown chakra is sitting at the top of your head.
And you might feel a slight tingling here when you move up and using your breath in your heartbeat again to move up into that upper realm and that beautiful chakra sitting at your crown,
Connecting you with the upper realms and the upper worlds,
Just allowing whatever's present just to be there.
And again,
Using the energy of the heart to tune into the vibrations and the field of the crown chakra.
And you may envision a rainbow of all colors or a beautiful moon stone,
Luminescent.
We can allow the crown to just open almost like a doorway or a portal or a gateway.
We can still allow the energy of what we've cultivated here and embodied to join and connect in with our higher self.
Our spirit guides.
Our masters,
Archangels,
Our staff families,
Whatever it is for you.
You don't need to think your way through this.
Just allow the energy to flow.
You can use your imagination.
You can envision whatever it is for you is fine.
I'm going to invite you to just tune into the frequency of the stars.
Taking that energy up to the higher realms,
Knowing that you are still connected and grounded in with Mama Earth and in your physical body,
Connecting in with the upper realms.
And once you touch the stars,
Just tuning into that energy and drawing that back down again,
It's just an exchange.
Connecting in wherever you came from and joining that back down into the physical body.
Bringing it back down through the crown,
Acknowledging the crown,
Just closing your little gateway or portal,
Knowing that you're always connected to those upper realms and bringing that energy down through your third eye,
Acknowledging using the breath down into the throat and bringing it down into the heart and giving thanks here and just acknowledging something that you're grateful for today and something that you'd like to carry forward into your day or evening and just breathing in with the heartbeat,
Acknowledging all the beauty here and breathing that energy down into your solar plexus,
Down into your sacral,
Your root chakra.
As you channel that energy back down through your legs,
All the way down past your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Top of the feet,
Your beautiful toes,
Down to the soles of your feet,
Underneath the feet.
And we're going to go back down through your roots,
Connecting down back in with mama,
Mama Earth.
Again,
Tuning into the beat of her heart,
The heart of the earth and just asking if there's any messages for you here today that you can carry forward into your day,
Evening or night,
Whether it be your waking or dreaming state,
Giving thanks to mama Earth for holding you,
Holding you so strong.
As you say thank you and again,
Bringing that energy back up through your roots,
Giving thanks.
Again not taking,
It's just an exchange of gratitude and love.
As you come back up and we start to just breathe back into our hearts and really giving thanks to yourself for carving out this time,
This half an hour to connecting with your heart space.
Wow,
What a journey.
I love these journeys because I get to take them with you and my heart right now is full of gratitude and I am feeling some beautiful emotion there,
Feeling the presence of love that I share with you and just allowing yourself to come back into the room and taking your time and I'd like to really just thank you again here for joining me in this space as we've journeyed together and cultivated more compassion,
Kindness and love in our life.
