Hello and welcome to this shamanic drum journey.

My name is Ellie.

I'm a shamanic practitioner,

Facilitator of transformation based in Bali and I'm guiding you through a journey to your medicine place today to reconnect with your place of safety that is within you always and forever.

Before we start I invite you to get comfortable.

Find a place where you can sit down or lay down.

It can be undisturbed.

You feel comfortable and then close your eyes,

Connect with your breath.

Gentle inhale through the nose and a sigh out through the mouth.

One more like that in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Take a few more breaths like that as you need.

I invite you with every exhale that you take to arrive at your spot a little bit more to feel the floor or wherever you're seated on.

Feel that under you,

Feel that support,

That stability.

I invite you with every exhale you take to become more present in your body,

To invite in all the different parts of yours to be present for your journey as well.

And then as we start I invite you to primarily listen to the heartbeat of the drum.

My voice is just secondary and just here for a little bit of guidance.

Always know that if you're getting into an altered state of consciousness throughout this journey,

What can happen is that your perception of your hearing changes.

Maybe all of a sudden my voice or the heartbeat feels a bit further away or closer or louder or less loud.

Whatever it may be,

Just allow that to be.

Don't try to pull yourself back to fully clearly hear everything.

Simply allow your system to float into that altered state of consciousness even if that means your audio zooms in or out.

Listen to the heartbeat.

First start with inviting in our seven directions that we have.

Create sacred and safe space for you to journey in.

Inviting in the direction of the south,

The element of earth,

The qualities of the snake.

May they teach you to feel stability,

Safety and nourishment,

To trust your body.

Inviting in the west,

The sacred waters to purify you,

Cleanse you,

Wash away anything that feels scary,

Anything that is big,

Anything that feels frozen.

Allow that to be washed away and flow to be recreated in your system.

For that journey I invite the qualities of the jaguar to share her courage with you to go to those places and even trek deeper.

Inviting in the north,

Calling upon the fire of transformation.

For you to have the opportunity to easily throw in anything that feels unsettling at the moment.

Put a fire to help you transmute that challenge.

May you fly with the hummingbirds any direction that you need and allowing the hummingbirds to show you your next step on your path.

Inviting in the east,

The air to bring a new life,

New beginning,

A new chapter for you,

A new way of feeling.

May the eagles carry your soul up into the skies for you to see the bigger picture of your soul's path.

Then we are calling upon the direction of the below,

Inviting in the sacred earth of Mata Bali,

Asking for the blessings of the keepers supporting this journey for you.

And I'm inviting the blessings of the ground right under you.

Asking for Bali to connect whoever you listen to this.

May the ley lines and the song lines connect.

Calling upon the above,

The sun,

The moon,

The stars,

All the planets out there.

All our origins be present.

Inviting in the highest guides for you relevant for today's journey.

If you have guides that you work with that you know,

Invite them in,

Ask them to be present here.

Maybe any power animals or archangels,

Deities,

Goddesses,

Spiritual guides that you know of or simply invite the highest guidance for you.

And then invite our last direction,

The direction of the within,

Your human heart.

Maybe you want to place a hand or two on your heart space and feel your own heartbeat.

As you do that,

Ask your heart for your intention for today.

What is it that you need support with?

And then exhale out that intention.

Let your hands fall back down to the side of your bodies.

Setting intention out to the universe.

Yet also letting go of any attachment to the outcome.

Allow universe to surprise you with how that desire is being manifested.

With all those directions and elements and guides to be present now.

Imagine there's a golden light forming a bubble right around you from top to toe and toe to top.

Golden light of protection for this journey ahead.

A bubble that only allows the highest frequencies to come in.

For any lower frequencies to be sent back to universe for recalibration.

Then let's get ready for our journey.

Transport yourself in front of a staircase with 11 steps down into your subconscious.

Every heartbeat you hear from the drum now is you taking one step on this staircase.

You're halfway there,

2,

And you now reach the bottom of the staircase.

Standing in front of a gate of some sort.

Knowing that behind of this gate is your place of safety.

Before you step through,

Reconnect with your intention.

Remember all your guides who are with you and the golden bubble.

Fully protected and supported.

You can start your journey now to go through this gate.

Step into your place of safety for today.

Notice where you landed.

Maybe it's a space you are familiar with.

Maybe it's a new space.

Simply notice what you can sense,

What you can hear.

Maybe you can see or even smell something and notice how your body feels in this space.

Remind yourself that this is a place of safety.

Even if it's a new space that you haven't been in before.

This place has everything.

It reminds your entire being that you are safe.

It allows your body to relax.

Your emotions to flow out.

Your worries in your mind to empty,

To ease and for your energy to cleanse any heaviness.

I invite you to explore this space.

Walk,

Fly or swim wherever you feel called to.

This is your space.

Simply notice what you notice.

Be observant.

Also know that you have the power to call in anything that is missing,

Anything that you need to feel safe.

And if you don't know what that is,

You can just pull it on.

Wanting to feel even more safe.

Allow the universe to provide for you.

Maybe if you walk,

Consciously feel the ground under your feet.

Notice and right here and right now,

Feel into what comes up.

Express your appreciation in whatever way feels right.

Step back out through the gate,

Back in front of your staircase of 11 steps,

Bringing you back up into this human level of consciousness,

Our daydream consciousness.

Every heartbeat is one step back up.

You're halfway through.

Becoming more and more conscious.

You arrive back in this level of consciousness.

Your day-to-day awareness,

Calling back in all your parts that have journeyed with you to be here still with you,

Taking with you from the journey all the shifts,

All the healings that have happened and leaving behind everything that could let go of.

So take a deep inhale in,

Exhale out.

Allow yourself to sigh out,

Feeling your body expanding and lowering with every breath you take in or out.

To do some movement in your toes,

Your fingers,

Your palms,

Ankles,

Wrists.

Maybe you want to take some stretches or wriggles one way or another.

You want to hug yourself to really arrive and feel your body.

Then I welcome you back home,

Home in your body.

I hope this journey has helped you to reconnect with the sense of safety in your being,

A sense of groundedness and peace.
