Good morning.
My name is Livia and I want to share with you a short morning mind shift practice.
This routine was born from my own morning anxiety and from the realization that even in the midst of overwhelm,
I do have the ability to hold myself,
To pause and to make a choice,
A choice in how I meet this moment.
So I hope this practice can support you too,
Whether you woke up with a bit of an active mind anxiety or you just want to create a positive tone for the day.
To begin you can choose to sit or lay down and place one hand on your heart and another on your belly.
In this affirmation practice I will say a few sentences and you are welcome to repeat them internally or aloud with a sense of intention and a quiet knowing that you hold the power of choice within you.
Let's begin.
I choose my reality.
I choose to hold my hurt self with grown up love.
I choose to be gentle and loving with myself.
I choose to see beauty today.
I choose to see all I have.
I choose to see strength in my body.
I choose to feel the gift of this breath.
I choose to enjoy life's small pleasures.
I choose positivity.
I choose the present over worry.
I choose kindness to myself and others.
I choose to know I am worthy.
I choose to trust myself and life.
I choose to be here for myself.
