Hi I am Connie Curtis and it's an honor to have you here today to practice with me welcome to this guided breathing meditation in the fulfillment breath work we'll focus on grounding relaxing and fulfillment and yes I know this sounds cheesy but we all want to feel fulfilled and releasing anxiety this is a great breath work to do before bed yoga to relax or a plant medicine journey we will start by filling up the belly chest and head holding at the top and excelling out with the side then we'll do five more foundational breaths and on the fifth breath you will hold at the top for ten seconds then release a Ujjayi breath this is when you breathe out of your nose and it sounds like the ocean I will guide you through the whole breath works you don't remember anything so now let's find a quiet comfortable place to set or lie down be sure to be in an area that is soft in case you pass out it's unlikely but it could happen so let's begin by closing your eyes and taking a couple of foundational breaths breathe in through your nose belly chest and head and excel out with the side okay now we're gonna start round one breathe in through your nose belly chest and all the way up to your nose hold and excel out breathe in through your nose belly chest and head and excel out breathe in through your nose belly chest and head excel out breathe in through your nose belly chest and head sigh out so this is the fifth one breathe in all the way to the top and hold now release with the Ujjayi breath okay now we're going to take a foundational breath breathe through your nose belly chest and head all the way to the top and then excel with a sigh okay this is round two breathe in through your nose belly chest and head all the way to the top and excel out with a sigh breathe in breathe out breathe in you've got this excel out slowly breathe in excel out okay this is our fifth breath so breathe all the way in through your belly chest and head hold excel out with the Ujjayi breath and now we're going to take a foundational breath breathe in through your belly chest and head excel out now this take a moment to soften into your body relax into the support of the ground and just melt in to the ground in your body for just a few moments and when you're ready go on with your day you can always return to this breath work anytime you need to my name is Connie Curtis and have a blessed day namaste
