Hi,
I'm Connie Curtis and it's an honor to have you here today to practice with me This is a guided gratitude breath work in this gratitude breath work.
We will focus on grounding Relaxing into our body and focusing on what we are grateful for The steps in the breath work are first step is We will take a deep breath in through our nose belly chest and all the way up to our head and Then sigh it out We will do this two times The second step is on the third deep breath You'll breathe in through your nose belly chest and head and hold at the top and focus on something that you are grateful for in The third step is when you exhale out slowly You will do this through pursed lips which sounds like this like the ocean and we will do three rounds of this Now let's find a quiet and comfortable place to set or lie down Let's begin by closing your eyes and taking a couple of deep breaths through the nose belly chest and head Let's take another breath through the Nose belly chest and head And exhale Take another breath in Inhaling all the way to the top of your head hold and focus on gratitude and This time exhale slowly through your pursed lips releasing any tension Okay,
Let's take another deep breath in through the nose belly chest and head hold at the top Just focus on feeling gratitude melting into your body Exhale out Okay,
This is our last round Breathe in deeply through your nose belly chest and head hold And focus on gratitude once again And if you feel any tension in your body release that Exhale slowly out through pursed lips Breathe in one more time Hold and exhale out with a sigh Take a moment to just set in gratitude and melt into your body and know you're fully supported and loved Remember that you can always come back to this breath work to feel gratitude at any time that you need to This is a great practice to put into your morning ritual,
My name is Connie Curtis namaste Remember you can always come back to this breath work it's very easy for us to lose sight of feeling grateful for everything we have in our life and Sometimes we need to remind ourselves of that This is a great practice to put into your morning ritual And now you're ready to go through your day with an open heart and feeling gratitude My name is Connie Curtis and have a blessed day
