Hello,

Welcome.

Begin by finding a comfortable position and let your eyes gently close.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Again,

Breathe in,

Letting the breath rise,

And out,

Letting the whole body soften.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Relaxing the forehead,

The jaw,

Letting the shoulders drop just a little more.

Scan down through your arms,

Your hands,

Releasing any tension.

Let the awareness move through your chest and belly,

Softening the breath,

Easing the space within.

Feel your legs grow heavier,

Your feet grounding into the earth.

Take one more slow,

Nourishing breath in,

And exhale fully,

Letting everything settle.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
