Hello.

Welcome.

This is Carolyn Wallace.

Thank you for being here and taking this quiet moment before sleep.

Let's begin.

Please settle into a comfortable position.

Gently close your eyes.

Allow the whole body to soften.

Now take a slow,

Gentle breath in and a soft breath out.

Letting the day begin to melt away.

Allow the shoulders to drop,

The jaw to loosen,

And the face to relax.

With your next breath,

Feel your body growing heavier,

As if the weight of the day is sinking gently into the bed beneath you.

Nothing else to do.

Nothing to hold.

Nothing to fix.

Just rest.

Take another soft inhale and a long,

Slow exhale.

If thoughts appear,

Let them float by like clouds drifting through the night sky.

You don't need to chase them or follow them.

Just notice and let them pass.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You can let go now.

Feel the body growing softer,

The breath slower,

The mind more spacious and quiet.

Now silently repeat,

I release this day.

I allow myself to rest.

Peace is here.

Take one more deep inhale and a long,

Gentle exhale,

Letting everything loosen and settle.

May your night be calm,

Your dreams soft and your rest deep.

Thank you for joining with me.

Until next time,

From the peace within me to the peace within you,

Namaste.
