Good evening.

Sometimes,

When we most want to rest,

The mind starts to race,

Replaying the day,

Worrying about tomorrow,

Or searching for answers that can wait until the morning.

If that's happening for you right now,

Know that you're not alone.

Your busy mind isn't your enemy.

It's simply trying to protect you,

To make sense of things.

But right now,

It's safe to let go.

You don't need to solve anything.

You don't need to do anything.

This moment is for rest.

Let the world slow down around you.

Feel the weight of your body,

The rhythm of your breath,

And the softness of this night holding you.

Take a deep breath in,

And let it go completely.

Repeat silently to yourself,

I am safe to rest.

My body knows how to relax.

My thoughts can drift away like clouds.

I don't need to think my way to peace.

It's okay to let today be done.

I release the day with every exhale.

Rest is my reset.

I trust that everything can wait until the morning.

I am allowed to surrender to stillness.

I am being held by the quiet of this night.

Let these words settle into you like soft waves.

You don't need to hold on to any of them.

Just feel their comfort.

Let your breath guide you deeper into rest.

And if your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Each time you notice it,

Simply whisper,

I am safe.

I am resting.

I am home.
