Hi and welcome to this little moment of stillness just for you.

As the world around us is in constant change,

Especially in autumn season,

Take a few minutes to settle into your own space of calm.

Find a comfortable spot,

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

And make yourself cozy.

Now gently close your eyes.

Begin to breathe steadily and deeply,

Feeling your breath move through your belly.

Make it rise and fall,

And with each exhale let go of a little more weight.

Start by allowing your shoulders to soften.

Unclench your jaw and let your tongue rest gently in your mouth.

With every breath feel your shoulders growing lighter as tension softly melts away.

At the same time notice the surface beneath you,

Solid and steady,

Like the deep roots of an ancient tree that has weathered many seasons.

You are safe and exactly where you need to be.

Now imagine yourself standing in a forest in the heart of autumn.

The trees around you are shedding their leaves.

Golden,

Red and orange leaves drift gently to the ground,

Creating a soft carpet beneath your feet.

You hear the rustle of the breeze moving through the branches and feel the cool air on your skin.

The golden light filters through the colorful canopy above and the air is crisp and fresh.

You can smell the earth,

The moss and the damp leaves.

With each breath you grow calmer.

The rich colors of autumn surround you and the soft light brings a deep sense of peace.

As the leaves gently fall from the trees you also let go.

Release everything that no longer serves you.

Thoughts,

Worries,

Fears,

They can all fall away.

As the wind continues to blow around you,

You stand rooted just like the ancient trees.

Simply standing and letting go.

Feel the wind carrying away the old,

Unnecessary parts of your life just like the leaves.

There's no need to hold on.

They are free to leave.

Sense the calm that settles within you.

The lightness that comes after the wind has swept away all those burdens.

The colors of autumn,

The wind and the warm light of the setting sun remind you that even in times of change there is always something constant.

This peace,

This stillness is always here like the unshakable core of a tree standing strong no matter how fiercely the wind may blow.

Let this feeling of calm take root and grow within you.

With each breath it spreads deeper inside.

You're safe,

Grounded and supported no matter what changes around you.

As for the tree,

For you change is never an ending but merely the beginning of something new.

Now take three more deep breaths and then slowly gently open your eyes.

I hope you can carry a little bit of this autumn calm into your day and when the wind blows outside remember those moments you've given yourself and let the wind carry your burdens away.

Now have a wonderful day.
