Feel the stillness of the morning wrapping around you like a soft blanket.

The sun rises and so do you.

This morning we'll focus on embracing new beginnings,

The truth that every moment offers you a fresh start.

No matter what came before today,

Today is yours to create.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes or lower your gaze now.

Take a very deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling the air fill you,

Expanding your chest and belly.

And hold it just for a moment.

And then gently exhale through your mouth,

Letting go of anything heavy,

Anything old.

And with each breath imagine you're clearing space,

Releasing yesterday,

The worries,

The noise,

And opening yourself to the newness of this moment.

This is your reset,

Right here and right now.

I invite you to bring your attention to the quiet rhythm of your breath now.

Each inhale is a fresh beginning,

And each exhale a release of what no longer is good for you.

And feel the energy of possibility all around you,
