Christina is a practitioner and empathetic guide in the realm of emotional well-being and personal growth. With an ongoing Masters degree in Psychology and certifications in Mindfulness, Reiki , several branches of Yoga, and Emotional Freedom Technique she possesses a comprehensive toolkit to guide you on your journey. Her extensive background in psychology provide a solid foundation for her work and her specialist training in mindfulness and EFT allows for the offer holistic approaches for emotional healing. Her certifications and Reiki as a Shinpiden master add a spiritual dimension to her guidance enhancing their transformation experience. Having facilitated workshops and guided many individuals towards emotional freedom through yoga teacher trainings, reiki trainings , and one on one personal coaching, Christina is known for her compassionate and dedicated approach.
