So this is your entry point.
A pivotal moment where you choose resourcefulness over the chaos.
Find a comfortable seat.
Allow yourself to settle.
Resting your hands somewhere that feels natural.
Perhaps on your body or softly in your lap.
Let's begin by taking a breath together.
A full inhale through the nose.
And a long,
Slow exhale through the mouth.
Now gently turn your head to the left.
And name two things out loud in your line of sight.
And gently rotating your head to the right,
Again naming one or two things that you can see.
And finally,
Returning your gaze to the center.
Naming one or two things straight in front of you.
And this signals to your body that it's okay to let go.
Even for just a little bit.
And when you're ready.
If it feels comfortable,
Allow your eyes to gently close.
Feel yourself arrive.
In this moment.
And in this body.
Now we're going to take three slow,
Balanced breaths together,
In and out through the nose.
So we begin the slow inhale.
And a slow exhale.
We're going to do this again.
Slow,
Gentle inhale.
And an exhale Last time,
Inhale.
And exhale.
Continuing to settle.
And returning to a natural breath.
Now gently turn your awareness inward.
And scan your body and notice what sensations are present.
Not your emotions or your thoughts,
But your actual physical sensations.
Perhaps there's some tightness in your belly or.
.
.
A little pain in your knee.
Simply notice the sensations without trying to change them.
And on the next long inhale,
We'll draw breath right up from the earth.
While contracting every muscle in our body that we can find.
So inhale.
Contracting your toes,
Your legs.
Abdomen,
Your shoulders,
Even the muscles around your eyes.
And with a long,
Audible exhale,
Let it go.
Can now notice whether anything has shifted.
Or perhaps there's still some lingering sensation.
Let's take a moment to.
Identify the sensations and where they're located.
And we'll take one more breath in together,
Drawing the breath up from the earth.
And draw it specifically into that place where there's still tension.
Contracting every muscle that you can find to this area.
Now exhale,
Letting it all go.
And we allow an easy.
Natural breath to return.
Perhaps something has softened.
Or the tension is still asking for a little more care.
Either way,
Let this moment.
.
.
And this body.
Be exactly as it is.
And for now,
There's nothing more to do.
Accept,
Receive the sounds.
Gently bringing your awareness back to your breath.
Back to your body and to the space around you.
Perhaps stretching.
Rolling out your wrists,
And when you feel ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
Allowing your gaze to be soft.
Know that you can return to this place of stillness anytime you need.
Let's take one final breath in together,
In through the nose.
Sighing it all out through the mouth.
Welcome.
To I am the still point.
