Welcome to Color Your Energy's Cloud Meditation.

This short meditation can help you clear your energy,

Reset,

And refocus.

Feel free to use this meditation to start or end your day,

Or for any time throughout.

Begin by laying down or sitting in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and exhale it out.

Feel free to really sigh it out on the exhale here,

Letting go of anything that you need to in this moment.

Continue to breathe at your own pace as you settle in.

As you continue breathing and settling in some more,

It's optional to place one hand over your heart center and one hand over your stomach to connect with yourself on a deeper level.

You might place both hands over these areas or just one to start.

It's okay to leave your hands where they are too.

As you keep breathing and settling in,

You may notice thoughts that are coming to your mind.

Sometimes we have a lot of thoughts that bombard us,

Like our to-do lists,

Worries,

Or concerns about the future or even past.

You're going to create some space for these thoughts while clearing your energy along the way.

As each thought comes up,

Imagine placing it on a cloud and watching it drift past you.

As the next thought comes up,

Begin to do this again while you keep breathing at your own pace.

You're going to continue practicing this for a few moments.

You may notice that your thoughts are more spaced out or don't feel as intense as they did before.

I'll give you a few moments to do this,

And I'll be here in the background letting you know when it's time to come out of this meditation.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the moment,

Breathing in and out at your own pace,

And begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Slowly bringing yourself back into the moment,

Back into your surroundings.

Take another deep breath in and out,

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

To continue clearing away any stress or worries,

You can practice this for a few more minutes or even longer with a timer set.
