Welcome to color your energies meditation,

Reconnecting to your center.

For this meditation,

I invite you to lay down in a comfortable position with eyes closed.

You might even do this meditation in bed.

Feel free to use props like supportive pillows,

Blankets and an eye covering.

When you have these items ready,

Take a moment to settle into your space and take some breaths in and out.

While this is optional,

I invite you to place one hand over your heart center and one hand over your stomach to connect with yourself more.

Imagine yourself standing in your favorite spot outside on a beautiful sunny day.

Take a moment to envision where you are and what you see.

Are you out in the woods,

At the beach,

At the park?

The temperature is just right.

It's not too hot or too cold.

You feel the sun's warmth and light on your body and face.

Take a few moments to breathe this warmth and light in.

As it radiates into your body,

You feel more and more relaxed.

Take note of how you're feeling here.

Take a moment and begin to look down at your feet now.

You notice that you're barefoot.

Whether you're out in the woods or at the beach or park,

You feel the ground beneath you fully supporting you,

Anchoring you in.

Take a moment to really feel into this anchoring support as the sun's warmth and light continues to envelop you here.

Breathe in and out at your own pace.

As you feel that sun's warmth and light,

And as you feel anchored and fully supported by the ground beneath you,

You're going to begin to take steps to earth or have your feet and body supported even more by the ground beneath you.

So if you're at the woods or park,

Imagine taking a step onto a grassy area.

Or if you're feeling adventurous,

Take a walk into the dirt.

If you're at the beach,

Really sink your feet and toes into the sand.

You might even imagine yourself getting close to the water to do this.

Wherever you are,

Take a few moments here to get into your earthing spot.

Once you find your spot,

Continue to feel that light and warmth of the sun radiating through your body and face,

Through the crown of your head,

As you feel yourself anchored by the ground beneath you,

Wherever you are.

You're going to begin to silently repeat these phrases to yourself.

I am fully rooted and supported.

I am fully rooted and supported.

All is well.

Everything is going to be okay.

Life is always supporting me through the twists and the turns.

The answers will find me at just the right time.

The answers will find me at just the right time.

I am strong enough to get through this.

I am strong enough to handle whatever comes my way.

Everything is always working out for my highest good.

I can always reconnect to my center at any time.

You might take a few moments to repeat this one a few times to yourself.
