My name is Corrine and I invite you to get comfortable however that might be for you,
Maybe laying down or finding a comfortable seated position.
Let yourself rest,
Take any wiggles that you need to to get extra cozy and let's take a long deep breath in with a big releasing breath out.
As you exhale imagine releasing anything that you don't want to carry right now and every inhale is an invitation to soften that little bit more.
This is your time to rest,
Take a deep breath in and exhale release.
Let your shoulders drop and let your body rest heavy.
As you rest here imagine the beautiful endless sky above.
Really see your sky,
Is it daytime,
Is it night time,
What colours do you see and what's in your sky,
Maybe you see birds,
Maybe you see the sunshine and bring to mind something that you wish to release,
Maybe something that feels old or heavy,
Thoughts,
Habits or worries and see it like a paper lantern and watch it drift away into the sky floating away.
The new moon has arrived,
A new moon represents a blank canvas in the sky,
A pause,
A chance to reset,
To feel lighter and softer,
A chance to dream again.
In your sky picture a silver glow above you and that silver glow is the soft shimmer of the new moon and this shimmer flows over you,
So cooling and cleansing,
Sweeping away the dust of the day and it leaves you feeling calm and calm,
Open and refreshed,
Breathe in the cleansing new moon energy and exhale feel lighter,
Breathe in the gentle shimmer and exhale you feel a little softer,
The new moon signifies new beginnings.
Feel the moon's glow at your heart space and at your heart imagine planting a tiny seed of intention,
It doesn't have to feel big or grand,
There's something that feels true for you,
Peace or courage or more time to breathe,
See that seed resting at your heart bathed in moonlight,
Ready to grow in its own time.
You've planted your intention and now it's time to rest,
To let it bloom,
Let's stay here for a few more quiet breaths and feel the shimmer of the new moon wash all over you and exhale and please do stay here for as long as it suits you,
Take your time soaking in the new moon's energy,
Take your time here with your intention when you are ready to return or slowly take a long breath in,
Breathing in that new moon's glow into your body,
Feel it shining above you and exhale for your whole body soften and relax,
Feel hopeful,
