Let go of the weight of the day and come home to yourself with compassion. This evening meditation invites you to reflect gently on where you showed up, release judgment, and wrap yourself in kindness. As you slow your breath and soften your mind, you’ll create space for rest, healing, and emotional repair. Drift into sleep feeling held and enough, just as you are.

Greetings and welcome.

As you settle in for the night,

Let's take a few minutes to embrace yourself just as you are.

Find a comfortable position lying down or seated with your hands resting softly.

Close your eyes if you like.

Feel the weight of the day and let your breath carry it gently.

Inhale and exhale.

Exhale.

Reflect softly on your day without judgment.

Notice where did I show up today?

Where did I try even if things didn't go perfectly?

Whisper to yourself,

I did what I could.

I am enough.

Let this kindness sink in to your body like a soft blanket or warm embrace.

If thoughts or regrets arise,

Gently acknowledge them and let them pass.

They don't need to be fixed right now.

Feel your breath slow.

Rest in this truth that you are held just as you are at the close of this day.

When you're ready,

Allow yourself to drift into peaceful rest.
