For Dr. Thomas, mindfulness is more than a moment of pause—it is a pathway to deeper self-understanding and resilience. Through her work, she coaches others to link identity and mindfulness, creating opportunities to grow with intention and move through the world with purpose and peace. When she is not facilitating workshops or sharing mindfulness practices, Simone enjoys traveling, time spent by water, and adventures with her pup, Prince Nasir Al-Shabazz.
