This meditation is an affirmation practice designed to help you reconnect with your identity,
The parts of you that feel the most true,
That feels grounded,
And the parts that are ready to grow,
Ready to be stretched.
So let's start by taking a deep breath in together.
We're going to take that inhale for a count of six,
And then hold it for two,
And then exhale it slowly for a count of eight.
So we're going to do that twice.
So let's start with a deep breath in for six,
Hold for two,
And exhale slowly for eight.
One more time,
Deep breath in.
Let your body settle,
Your mind soften,
And the goal is to let your breath guide you,
Guide you home to yourself.
If it feels comfortable right now,
Allow your eyes to close,
Bring your attention to your body.
Notice how you're being supported in this moment.
Soften your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Soften your hands.
This meditation is not about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you already are,
Who you've always been beneath the noise and all the expectations.
I want to offer a series of affirmations,
And if you're in a position to say them out loud,
I want you to repeat them.
And if you're not,
Just say them silently to yourself.
Pause in between each one and just allow the words to land wherever they need to be.
So take a deep breath with me,
And let's jump on it.

Let it root into your body like truth.
As you continue to breathe,
Notice if one of the affirmations stood out to you.
Notice which words felt like they spoke directly to your situation,
To your identity.
There's no right or wrong here.
There's no need to force anything.
Let it be soft and let it be gentle.
Your identity develops softly.
It happens gently in awareness,
In willingness,
In honesty.
Take a moment to rest in that awareness.
Who are you right now?
