My name is Zeal and I'll be guiding you through this meditation to break addictions and release unhealthy habits.

Please sit down or lie down comfortably.

Close your eyes and take a slow deep breath in and gently exhale.

Let your body relax and your mind focus on this moment.

Bring your awareness to your body and mind.

With each inhale,

Draw in clarity,

Strength and resolve.

With each exhale,

Release cravings,

Worry,

Tension or patterns that no longer serve you.

Silently affirm,

I am stronger than any craving or habit.

My body,

Mind and spirit are aligned with freedom and self-control.

Each day,

I release what no longer serves me and I choose peace.

I choose clarity and I choose health instead.

The power within me is greater than any habit.

I am free.

I am whole and fully in charge of my life.

I choose what nourishes me.

Now,

Visualize yourself surrounded by light,

Fully empowered to make healthy choices.

See yourself moving through life with self-control,

Balance and confidence.

Each breath reinforces your ability to let go of old habits and embrace new positive behaviors.

As this session comes to a close,

Take one deep inhale,

Feeling freedom,

Empowerment and clarity and relax.
