Welcome to this healing space.
I am your host Pratyansha and today we are creating a gentle space for your body,
Especially the part of you that may need the most tenderness right now.
Your womb,
Your lower belly,
The inner space that is already working quietly,
Even when you are resting.
Take a slow breathe in and a slow breathe out.
Again,
Inhale gently and exhale without effort.
Allow yourself to settle into the surface beneath you.
You do not need to hold yourself up right now.
Let the body be supported.
Let the body know it does not have to perform you.
Notice your face softening,
Your forehead softening,
Your jaw releasing,
Your shoulders becoming heavier and slowly allow that softness to travel downward through your chest,
Through your stomach,
Into your lower abdomen.
Pause.
Bring your awareness to this lower part of your body.
No need to change anything.
Simply notice what is here,
Warmth,
Pressure,
Tightness,
Movement,
Heaviness or perhaps nothing very clear at all.
Whatever is present is welcome.
Your body is not asking you to be judged right now.
It is asking to be listened to.
Now imagine yourself standing up gently and beginning to walk.
You're walking slowly towards a river.
The air around you is quiet.
The temperature feels comfortable.
There is enough space around you.
Nothing demanding your attention,
Only this path and your breath.
As you continue walking,
The sound of water becomes clearer and soon you arrive.
In front of you is a river.
Its water is red,
A deep flowing red,
Not frightening,
Not alarming,
A natural red.
A river of release,
A river that understands cycles,
A river that carries what no longer needs to stay.
Stand beside this river.
There is no need to do anything yet.
Just observe.
Notice how the water moves.
Steady,
Continuous,
Nothing forced,
Nothing rushed.
Watch the surface of the river carefully.
See what is flowing with the current.
Perhaps leaves,
Branches,
Or shapes you cannot fully name.
And also notice what may be moving against the flow.
An object,
A memory,
A face,
A person,
Anything that appears.
There is no need to understand immediately.
Only notice.
If something appears clearly,
Allow it to remain there for a moment.
You're only witnessing.
You're not fixing.
You're not forcing meaning.
Notice if anything feels familiar in the river.
Something from your recent days,
Something your body may still be holding.
A conversation,
A pressure,
A disappointment,
A fear,
Or perhaps something older.
And if something is trying to move against the current,
Notice that too,
Without resistance,
Without judgment.
Sometimes the body holds what the mind has not yet released.
Take a slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine the river becoming slightly wider.
Giving everything more room to move.
Now place one hand gently over your lower belly.
Feel the warmth of your hand there.
Let that warmth become a message.
Repeat silently,
I am here,
I am listening.
As you continue looking at the river,
Imagine that any heaviness inside your body can slowly move towards the water.
Any pain,
Any cramping,
Any fatigue,
Any emotion you do not need to carry right now,
Gently offered.
Nothing dramatic,
Nothing forced,
Just a slow release.
This is what you offer to the river.
And the river knows how to carry things.
The river does not struggle,
It simply moves.
And now,
Notice whether something in the river begins to drift further away.
Perhaps what was resisting begins to soften.
Perhaps what felt heavy begins to move.
You do not need to push it,
Only allow movement.
Take another deeper breath in.
And exhale slowly.
Feel your stomach soften.
Feel your hips soften.
Feel the muscles around your lower abdomen releasing even a little more.
Silently repeat,
My body knows how to release.
My body knows how to heal.
And I can move gently through this movement.
Again,
My body knows how to release.
My body knows how to heal.
I can soften here.
Now look once more at the river.
Notice its steadiness,
Its rhythm,
Its calm movement.
A reminder that your own body also understands rhythm.
It understands beginning,
It understands release,
It understands renewal.
Stay here for one more breath,
A slow inhale,
And a long exhale.
And when you feel ready,
Begin walking back slowly,
Away from the river.
Carrying only what feels lighter,
Returning gently to your breath,
To the room around you,
To the support beneath you.
Wiggle your fingers if you like,
Notice your body again,
And return softly in your own time.
Thank you for being here.
See you next time.
Bye for now.
