Welcome to this healing space.

Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

There is nothing to solve right now,

Nothing to fix.

Just notice the body where you are.

Bring your attention to your chest.

Notice if there is any tightness,

Pressure or heaviness.

You don't need to change it,

Just acknowledge it.

If your mind wants to jump to a person,

A situation or a worry,

Gently bring it back to your breath.

Back to this moment,

Back to your body.

Silently repeat after me at your own pace in your head,

I release the need to manage what is not mine.

I release responsibility for other people's emotions.

I trust that I do not need to chase safety or love.

I am allowed to pause.

I am allowed to rest inside myself.

Let these words settle in without forcing anything.

Now imagine a soft grounding energy moving down from your head into your chest,

Your belly and your feet.

With each exhale,

Your body becomes heavier,

Calmer and safer.

Allow the ground beneath you to fully support you.

Take one final deep breathe in and slowly exhale.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry the sense of ease with you into the rest of your day and remember this affirmation,
