Begin by taking a nice deep breath in through the nose,
Fully inhaling,
Expanding the stomach,
Then while releasing,
Contracting the abs.
Doing that breath two more times.
Inhaling inward,
Expanding the stomach,
Then releasing and contracting the abs.
And then one last time.
Finding the awareness within the body.
Looking for tense places.
Noticing the shoulder blades,
The hips,
The lower back.
And feeling the strength of the spine,
Connected at the base of the head,
Down to the tailbone at the root.
With this next inhale,
Breathing in and visualizing beautiful white light entering at the crown,
Going down the spine,
Into the root.
Filling the body with strength and encouragement.
Placing intentions for prosperity,
Stability,
And purpose.
Seeing yourself and knowing that you are strong.
And knowing that you are existing within a universe that is harmoniously existing within you.
As you place your intentions,
Your visions,
And your dreams.
Knowing that they are being heard and prepared for you.
You're seeing yourself.
Sitting as close to the earth as possible.
Visualizing within the mind's eye.
And feeling rooted to this earth.
Releasing your intentions,
Your hopes,
And your dreams.
And trusting as they're recycled into this earth beneath you,
That they will be energetically responded to.
And taking a nice deep breath in here,
Release.
Bringing awareness to the body.
Feeling of the effortless support from the ground beneath you.
As it holds you up.
As it provides for you.
Receiving nourishment and feelings of safety.
And allowing this to reside within you.
And flushing through the body.
And receiving from this earth in abundance all that you stand in need of.
And knowing that it's there for you.
And taking another deep breath in.
Continue releasing and surrendering.
Continue to deepen the mind and the body.
And trusting.
Saying what's inside the mind.
That I trust the process of life.
Allowing for this gentle flow and process to feel comforting and soothing.
And feel confident that you will receive.
Allow yourself to sit here and lie here for a moment.
Continuing focusing on the sound of the breath.
And being at peace.
And when you begin to feel ready.
You can begin to open the eyes.
And let go throughout your day.
