Finding yourself in a comfortable place to be undisturbed. Allowing yourself to relax fully. Lying down on your back or in a chair. Taking a nice deep breath in and slowly releasing. Allowing the eyes to gently close. Begin by focusing on the sounds of the breath. The gentle rise and fall of the chest. These sounds are both soothing and healing for the mind and body. With each breath releasing tension and tightness throughout the body. Beginning to draw fully and surrendering more deeply into peace within this moment. Allowing the tasks, Responsibilities or pressures from the day to be released. And to focus on just this gentle sound of your breath. Taking another deep breath in and fully releasing. And with the best of the ability begin to see a beautiful white light Descending from the crown of the head. Gently grazing over the face. And entering in fully within the heart center. At the heart chakra. Breathing easy. Allowing this gentle flow of this light. More fully with inside the body. With inside the mind. And with inside the center of this chest. And now coming with inside the mind. Thinking of something that you are truly grateful for. Whether it be this year, This month, This week or this day. Bringing awareness and clarity to this thought of gratitude. Allowing yourself to see it fully within the mind. Feeling the benefits within the body. And then focusing fully within the heart center. On how this gratitude begins to grow. And as you feel this gentle transformation. Allowing yourself to take another deep breath. Fully releasing. Flooding the body with gratitude. Flooding the body with love. And with light. Escaping out the palms of the hands. Down the legs. And the palms of the feet. Being fully wrapped within this light. This love. And this gratitude. As you lie here. Continue focusing on the gentle sound of those breaths. Continue releasing tensions. And receiving more fully. This light and this gratitude. Bringing awareness to the body. And the heartbeat. As it is slow and steady. Close your eyes. With a gentle gaze. Beginning to move the ankles. The wrists. Releasing the shoulders. And rolling the neck. As your awareness becomes full circle. Taking another deep breath in. Fully releasing. Begin to get up. And take this grateful heart with you as you go throughout your day.
