Sit down and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Relax your forehead.
Relax your eyelids.
Your shoulders.
And straighten your spine.
Loosen up your hips.
Focus on the point where your body contacts the floor beneath you.
And slowly take a deep breath in.
Once again,
Slowly breathe in.
Continue doing this a few more times.
Every time you exhale,
Imagine sinking deeper and deeper into the ground beneath you.
We're now going to transition into a rhythmic breathing exercise that will consist of five-second intervals.
Starting off with breathing in,
Two,
Three,
Four.
As you're breathing in,
Remain still like a mountain.
You may be pushed from all directions in life.
Continue those breaths of counts of five.
Imagine being in a very crowded room.
The home could be an office,
Could be the mall.
You may be surrounded by chaos,
But you remain still.
You remain stable.
As you're in this state,
You bring others to your level.
It could be your children,
Your friends.
Every person brings their own stress,
But you don't take it on.
Instead,
You're their anchor.
Now take a final deep breath in.
Place your hands on the floor beneath you.
Turn your head side to side.
