This is your time to pause,

To reconnect,

To remember the truth of who you are.

There are moments in life when doubt creeps in,

When the weight of not enough sits heavy on our hearts.

But today,

In this meditation,

We release that story.

We return to a deeper knowing,

One that whispers,

You are worthy.

You are valuable.

You are exactly where you're meant to be.

As you breathe,

Let your body soften.

With every inhale,

Invite in peace.

With every exhale,

Release comparison,

Judgment,

And self-doubt.

Allow the words that follow to settle into your heart.

You don't have to force them.

Just let yourself receive.

I am enough,

Exactly as I am.

I belong here,

In this moment,

In this life.

I have nothing to prove to be worthy of love.

I am allowed to take up space.

My worth is not measured by how much I do.

It simply is.

I am proud of how far I've come.

I honor my small steps.

They create great change.

I am not defined by my mistakes.

I am shaped by my growth.

I am resilient,

And I continue to rise.

I am learning to trust my own path.

I am learning to see myself through the eyes of love.

I am safe to be seen,

Safe to be myself.

I forgive myself for being human.
