Welcome to this short and sweet grounding meditation.
Find a comfortable position where you can be sitting on the ground or on the floor or on a chair with your feet flat against the ground or you can be simply laying down,
However comfortable may look for you.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center and imagine a bright gentle white beam of light moving in this space in this area and breathe this light in.
Inhale it,
Exhale all the tension in your physical body and your emotional mind.
Inhale this light again through your nose,
Hold it at the top and exhale all the tension.
Everything that happened before this meditation choose to let go.
Again inhale through your nose,
Hold it at the top and exhale all the tension in your mind and in your body.
Now bring this light up to the crown of your head and imagine this light or feel this light moving in this area and relax the crown of your head.
This light is coming down to your ears,
Relax your ears,
Relax your face,
Relax your jaw,
Drop your jaw,
Relax your neck,
Your chest,
Drop your shoulders down from your ears,
Relax your belly,
Relax your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Relax your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees,
The area behind your knees,
Relax your ankles,
Your feet and your toes,
Soft.
Now imagine a thread of light,
Of pure white light that comes from the crown of your head all the way down to the base of your spine and imagine how roots of this white light connect you from the base of your spine or from your toes and into the earth,
Traveling down into the earth and absorbing all the energy and strength from the earth,
Angering you strongly into it and feel how this energy travels into your body,
Into your abdomen and expanding to the rest of your body.
Feel this light healing you,
Rounding you down.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Feel the safety in your body.
You are safe,
You are grounded,
You may always come back to this space,
This energy from the earth is always available for you and know that you will always connect to the resources you need in life in each moment.
Trust you are supported,
You are safe.
Now when you're ready move the tips of your fingers and the tips of your toes and keeping this groundedness in your body,
This feeling of safety,
You may slowly open your eyes and stretch.
