Transcript

Welcome to this walking meditation by the sea.

As you begin,

Take a deep breath in and then slowly exhale.

Feel your feet grounding as you walk,

Each step a gentle connection to the earth beneath you.

Imagine the soft sand under your feet.

With every step,

Feel it giving away and then supporting you again.

You are walking along a quiet shoreline.

The waves roll in and roll out,

Matching the rhythm of your breath.

Feel the salty sea air filling your lungs.

Let go of any tension,

Worry or weight you've been carrying.

With each step,

Let your thoughts slow down.

There's nothing to do but walk,

Breathe and just be.

Listen to the sound of the waves,

Steady and calming.

Feel the sun on your face,

The breeze on your skin.

Notice the glimmer of light on the water,

The sky stretching wide above you.

As you walk,

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am here,

I am safe.

I am here,

Let this be a time of restoration,

A quiet walk just for you.

When you're ready to end,

Pause for a moment or simply breathe in gratitude for this peaceful time.

Carry this sense of calm with you into the rest of your day.
