Sit with your feet firmly on the ground.
And take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to sink heavier.
Wherever you're sitting.
Bring your awareness.
Into the bottom of your feet.
And feel them touching,
Meeting.
The surface that they are sitting on.
Take another deep breath in and inhaling the energy now up from the earth,
Say,
I connect myself to the healing center of Mother Earth from whom all life grows.
Take a deep breath and pull that energy up through your feet.
Feeling it.
Drawing up through your legs.
Up into your belly.
Exhale and allow your body to relax even more.
And this time,
Raise your hands above your head.
And say I connect myself to the healing light of the Source Creator.
And inhale and take a deep breath and pull that energy slowly down on the exhale.
Visualizing.
White light.
Surrounding you.
And flowing through every cell of your body.
Take another deep breath.
And this time say,
I connect myself.
To my deep self.
And allow your hands to come to rest.
On the place in your body where you feel your deep self to live.
And imagine this deep self.
As your spark.
Of divinity.
Your spark of life.
As you breathe into it.
Imagine with each inhale.
That the oxygen you're pulling in is fueling the spark brighter.
And as you exhale,
In your mind's eye,
Simply say,
I surrender.
And inhale.
Make the spark brighter Exhale,
Surrender.
In your mind's eye.
Envision that space in you between this spark of aliveness.
Your conscience.
Your inner soul,
Your inner essence.
And feel what it wants from you.
How is it asking you to show up?
And look at that gap between that inner knowing,
That inner call.
And your outer reality.
And how you're actually showing up.
Without judgment.
But just to witness this gap.
And this is the gap where your self-betrayal and your self-abandonment lies.
And it arises every time.
You choose someone else's comfort over your own.
Or you choose to numb out or distract yourself from how you're feeling.
So forgive yourself by saying,
I forgive myself.
For abandoning myself.
I forgive myself.
For self-betraying.
I know that it's my small conditioned self keeping me safe.
Just breathe into that space within you,
Without judgment,
Just noticing what arises in this forgiveness.
Forgiveness dissolves the lies.
Of the conditioned self.
And grace.
Melts over you to erase them.
And this opens up the space for your truth.
And the truth is whatever lights you up.
So feel into this space inside of you and ask,
What lights me up?
Just be with what arises for a moment.
What lights you up is your spiritual gift to the world.
And in that gift of what lights you up.
Ask now your higher self and your deep self,
What is the highest vision that I could see for myself right now?
Just be with whatever arises in your mind's eye.
Feel into that.
And in this process of feeling it and seeing it,
At the same time,
Bring up a feeling of gratitude for it that it's already happened.
Feel how you feel it up.
Just notice it.
And now decide that you can trust This vision,
This truth that lights you up,
That lives inside your body to be the guiding North Star of your life.
There is no such thing as not.
Trusting something.
Doubt.
Is trust and limitation.
Self-abandonment.
Is trust in your unworthiness.
Self-betrayal.
Is trust that you deserve to hurt.
And instead trust that you are worthy of this calling Trust that it's okay if other people don't like it.
Trust that the soul that's in you is the same essence that's in everybody,
And that you,
Living into the fullest expression of your light,
Is the ultimate gift.
You can give the world.
Feel yourself trusting yourself.
And then surrender.
All of it.
With a deep breath in to receive.
And an exhale to surrender.
And surrender does not mean letting go.
Surrender is deep trust in the flow of your soul that now that you've planted this seed,
The forces of the universe that create all things that are good and beautiful and holy is at work on your behalf.
Bringing this into manifestation.
Feel the energy of creation at work.
Within you and.
.
.
On your behalf and surrender.
Do that.
Take a deep breath and inhale saying,
Light is.
I am that.
Be only light.
And let's do this in a rhythmic breathing pattern together.
On the inhale,
You say,
Light is.
I am that.
Exhale,
Be only light.
Pause.
Inhale,
Light is.
Hold.
I am that.
Exhale.
Be.
Only light.
You are the light of the world.
And what lights you up.
Lights up the world.
Sit in this feeling.
Of your own life.
Imagine as a mantra.
Inhale light.
On the exhale,
Surrender.
Inhale to receive light.
Exhale,
Surrender.
And continue on your own.
Until the end of this meditation.
Just staying present.
Observing your own self within.
As you inhale light and exhale surrender.
Take a deep breath.
Exhale.
And begin to just slowly squeeze your hands and wiggle your feet.
And bring a sense of love and gratitude into your heart.
Take it out into your day.
And stay here as long as you like.
The music will continue for five more minutes.
And then open your eyes whenever you're ready.
