How does it feel to fully express yourself?
Let's get ready.
Let's take a deep inhale in through the nose.
And big exhale out through the mouth.
Close the eyes and just find that comfortable seat.
If you need to,
You can roll the shoulders around or maybe do a little circle with the
Head just to ease your shoulders,
Ease the neck,
Release some tension.
Movement is magic.
And as a matter of fact,
Let's all lift the shoulders up towards the ears,
Really tight,
Really high up,
As high as you can.
And I want you to hold those shoulders up for three,
Two,
One.
And then exhale,
Drop them down.
How good that feels.
Now,
Bring your focus into your breathing.
Where do you feel it?
Can you feel that breath in the chest,
In the belly?
Can you soften,
Soften more and just find that comfortable place of being you.
Feeling grounded.
Grounded to you,
To your voice.
Maybe you can hear the sound or the music in your ears.
Maybe you can hear my voice.
Maybe you can hear your voice.
Just checking that your shoulders are relaxed,
Your chest is soft,
Your neck is released.
And let's take a deep inhale in through the nose.
Hold that breath on the top,
Hold it.
And then exhale out through the mouth for four,
For three,
And two,
And one.
And hold that breath,
Hold it empty.
Two,
And one.
You're tapping into that box breathing,
So inhale in for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And hold your body full.
Three,
Two,
One.
And exhale out empty.
Three,
Two,
One.
Hold it empty.

Imagining you're breathing from your hips all the way up to your heart.
Three,
Two.
Let the air travel all the way up into your heart and keep that air up in your heart for four.
Three,

And exhale out from the heart space all the way down into your hips.
One.
And hold that breath in your hips.
Three,

One.
Inhaling in from your hips all the way up to your heart space.
And hold that breath in your heart space for three,
Two,
One.
And exhale out from that heart space all the way down into your hips.

Two more times like this.
Inhaling in from your hips into your heart.
Breathe it in.
And then hold that breath in your heart space,
Feeling light.

And exhale out empty.
Let that air travel down into your hips.

Breathing in from your hips.
Feel that breath traveling up into your heart.
Keep that breath in your heart space.

And exhale it out back down into your hips.

Now let's take a deeper breath in.
So that breath comes all the way to the hips.
Breathing it in through the heart.
But let it travel all the way up into the crown of the head now.
And then hold that breath in the crown of the head for four.

And let that breath travel down into your heart.
Three,

One.
And hold that breath in your heart.
Three,
Two,
One.
Breathing in from your heart space.
So the air travels through the throat all the way to the crown of the head.
And hold that breath in the crown of the head.
One.
And then exhale out from the crown of the head all the way down into your heart.
Three,
One.
Hold that breath in your heart space.
Two more out like this.
So inhaling in from your heart space.
Feel the breath traveling through the throat all the way to the crown of the head.
And hold it there.
Three,

Now it travels back down into the heart space through the throat.
Two,

One.
One more round like this from the heart space through the throat.
It travels all the way up into the crown of the head.
And hold.
And now with the exhale,
Let the air travel all the way through the throat,
All the way to the heart,
And all the way through the belly into your hips.
And hold it for three,
Two,
One.
Now breathing from the hips through the belly.
You're going to breathe in and let that air travel all the way into your heart space,
Through the throat,
All the way to the crown of the head.
And hold it for one.
And let that breath travel from the crown of the head,
Through the throat,
Through the heart,
Through the belly,
To the hips.
And then hold it for three,
Two,
One.
Two more big rounds like this from the hips to the crown of the head.
Take that big breath in.
And then let that breath travel from the crown of the head down to the hips.
Inhaling in from the hips.
Breath going through the heart,
Through the throat,
All the way to the crown of the head.
And hold for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And exhale out.
Let it all out so the whole body is empty.
Let that air travel out through the body.
And hold three,
Two,
One.
Let's take the final breath in.
So the biggest breath in.
Breathe in.
Feel that breath travel from the belly to the throat,
To the crown of the head.
And hold it there for 30 seconds.
We're going to hold that breath in.
How does it feel to be full?
Take another sip of air in.
Hold it.
Hold it.
Hold it.
I am full.
I am awesome.
I am loud.
I am free to express myself.
Hold it for 10 more seconds.
Hold it.
Hold it.
Hold it.
I got this.
I got my voice.
I own my voice.
And when you're ready,
Exhale it all out.
And then bring that breathing back to normal.
Just be.
I express myself freely.
I express myself happily.
And I stand up for myself.
I speak up for myself.
I love my voice.
I speak my truth.
Let's take a deep inhaling through the nose.
And big sigh out through the mouth.
And when you feel ready,
You can slowly blink the eyes open.
And bring yourself back into this space.
