Let's take this time to release any tension and find a space of calm within ourselves.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to settle and be fully supported.

Take a slow,

Gentle breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold this breath for a moment,

Then exhale softly through your mouth,

Letting go of any stress or worry.

Continue breathing at your own natural rhythm,

Feeling each breath bring more peace and relaxation.

Notice how your body feels as you breathe.

With each inhale,

Imagine soothing light flowing into your body,

And with each exhale,

Feel tension melting away.

Let your shoulders soften,

Your jaw relax,

And your hands rest gently.

Bring your attention to any areas of tension in your body.

As you breathe,

Imagine these areas becoming soft and relaxed.

Feel the weight of your body sinking deeper into support,

Becoming heavier and more peaceful with each breath.

Now visualize yourself in a peaceful place,

Where all is calm and still.

Perhaps it's beside quiet waters,

Or in a sunlit garden.

Let this place fill you with serenity as you continue to breathe slowly and deeply.

Take another deep breath in and out.
