The content is creatively simple, easy to relate with explainations of the nervous system: fight, flight, freeze. Especially, the information about the nature in a deer using freeze to protect itself in a literal life or dealth situation. The suggestions for how to regulate the nervous system in stressful situations are all easily implemented. With gratitude!
